Breakfast range was not that fantastic and the non smoking level stank of cigarettes because there is a function room nearby the room and people was smoking. The security level is also not that great as non guest attending functions could access the room area.

I love everything here. Such a good stay. There’s 2 things that i don’t like. 1st was i can hear voice from other room, i had trouble sleeping. 2nd i hate to wait just to check in while two or more employees were serving a visitor.

Horrible first 3 days, bathtub does not work even after 2 "repairs" then had to transfer room on 4th day to a room with a working bathtub but the plumbing smells bad on occasion even in the 2nd room w”
Do not come here if you love bathtubs. You will only waste your bubble bath gels and bath salts. Hotel does not compensate guests for badly maintained suite rooms. The breakfast buffet choices are limited and isn't that great for foreigners because hardly anyone speaks English even at the reception. I already paid yesterday for additional pax for the breakfast buffet using my credit card but the receptionist is bugging me again today to pay for the same bill but they asked my companion in case my companion will be fooled into paying for the same bill twice. Very incompetent staff.
