Good location with Basics facilities”
Good locations, 5mins walk to chinatown, 10 mins walk to darling harbour. Facilities with basic needs. No consistency on the nos. of towels, tea packs etc provided. Somedays provided 4nos of towels and some days with 2nos only. Should based on the nos. of guests as we have 3pax for a 2 double bed rooms. Somedays do not have enough towels.

Acceptable”
It took 30 minutes to check in as there was a major Indian convention checking in at once. The aircon in my room did not work. I was woken at 1am by my neighbours crashing furniture through the paper thin walls and reception did nothing about it when I rang. There was no food at the buffet the next morning to select from (see check in) and the duvet was stained.. Horrible horrible. 4 hours sleep for an important meeting the next day on an empty stomach.. :(

Well located , comfortable stay here , worth stayi”
I have been staying here for 3 nights. It is started by a warm greeting from the lobby by their staff, they are very polite and helpful. The rooms are very quite, comfortable and warm. If you prefer to drive by yourself, that is a perfect place coz it has Europcar at the lobby already. Also, it located very near to the Central station, easy access to the Airport, within walking distance to Chinatown if you like. If visit Sydney again, will stay in this hotel again.

Clean and close to train station”
We had twin double beds which was just nice. The room is clean, few minutes walk to Central station, Wollworth and foods. Very convenient location. Hotel provide coins laundry

Pleasant experience”
Very good location, right next to CENTRAL station with all the public transport around the hotel. Very close to super market and restaurant! Definitely will stay at Mercure Sydney again for the next visit.

Good location ”
If we typed the address into Google map, it does not bring to the right hotel location. It actually direct to city hall area. A few cab drivers also did not know. But if search by hotel name, the map is correct. On my first day, I left my room near 11am. The housekeeper did not come at all to clean up. On my last morning, the housekeeper tried to come in at 6.30 am when I was still in bed! I wish the hotel could have provided toothbrush and room slippers. The wifi in the room is not stable as well.
