From the moment I walked in the door the atmosphere was so welcoming, Staff attended to all my requirements with courtesy and care. The room I stayed in was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable, as per normal I always take my own pillow when staying in motels but there was no need for it this time best sleep in a long time. I didnt try the room service which was a shame though I will be sure to book again and try all the facilities available next time, and yes there definitely will be a next time thanks to this experience. Already trying to find a reason to come back ...lol

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Got a room with a private jacuzzi. The room was of course very nice and the staf were cheerful and nice. I liked Jenny at the front desk very much. Also a mention of the middle aged lady staff at the breakfast area who came over to ensure I ate well and made me feel comfortable by chatting with me She gave me some nice tips about things to do in the area. THank you. :)

Clean, cheerful, great location”
We were given our key, on entering the room, the room hadn't been cleaned from previous traveler. Staff at the counter immediately upgraded us to a King room and a free drink from the mini bar. Lovely comfortable room. We ordered Room service , which came quickly and was very good. Breakfast was also very nice. Very impressed by all the staff in this hotel.

All staff friendly and excellent at their jobs. More than happy to help with anything we asked of them. Food was yummy and restaurant was excellent. Location was very quiet but still very central.

Good hotel with helpful staff”
Booked via third party site but unfortunately details missed, Luke from the front desk is super helpful to sort out the problem and making our stay very memorable, will stay in Mercure again if come back to Wagga Wagga as the location is very good/walking distance to town centre.

Always stay here ”
Good restaurant- although menu narrowed down. As we were mask exempt they tried to persuade us to wear the masks at first. But after through explanation why we didn’t wear one, they agreed to let us in. This should have been transparent from the word go. Rather than argue with customers who are legitimately mask exempt. I hope this lunacy stops because this place looks like it’s suffering. It used to be buzzing... Wishing everyone good health and safe travels.

stayed there over night as we were travelling to Wollongong. not bad and good size rooms. called the hotel as we will be late for check in and wanted room next to each other. they helped to upgrade for free and after hours instructions for room was sent by SMS. easy check in. No free water so was abit disappointed with that. but overall was happy to be at the hotel

Great if you do not use restaurant”
do not know why for 22 years know only ONCE have I had a proper medium-rare steak cooked for me in country Australia, they ALWAYS cook it past medium, because of covid I didn't complain, the Ceasar salad was terrible and both were overpriced for what I received again due to covid I ate and left, not the time to bother staff I THOUGHT, however here I am giving my honest opinion to help travellers, the room and staff were great, eat elsewhere.

stopover ”
easy stop over on our way to adelaide, nothing amazing but the room service was helpful after a long day, the shower and bathroom felt quite cheap though and lots of noise from other guests so bad sound insulation. the staff were great but i think the place needs a refurb.. still worth it if you can get this sub $180. cheers

Good location, easy free parking. The man at the reception was very friendly and very accommodating. Room was nice but looking very tired. Needs updating and refreshing up a little. Would stay again though!!
