No FREE wifi in the hotel
1) Location is near the busiest shopping mall which is easy to access; 2) Big Room & Big Bed; 3) No Free wifi in the room
Location is very good. But no free wifi has covered in the room, I can't wonder how is it going in the hotels nowadays.

good location,very close to transport,many choices of restaurants.
Me and my husband was surprised the fringe not plug into outlet, the milk inside that hotels provided we throw out as the fringe was warm insteed cold,also the TV was not plug into the outlet. Room very small,carpet needs good shampoo,only one chair available for two people in the room,when the next room use their shower,toilet we can hear it loudly.

getting old
the staff, the location, the breakfasts
not 4 star, but is a 3 star. it is an old hotel and things like the elevators look it. one of the elevators either didn't work at all or took a long time to decide to close the doors to move. In saying this I would still stay here again the staff and breakfasts were great and location for us was perfect.
