Pictures can be Deceiving
Pictures of the room were nothing like what we walked into. The door hit the bed, no mini bar, no luggage stand and no room service. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Melbourne CBD. The walls a paper thin too. The only good thing about it was that it was close to the shops.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the Melbourne CBD. Easy access to Swanston St, the main tram line. Lots of food and shopping options. Very easy to move around the city from this base. Room is small but clean.

Poor service
Reception staff were uncompromising when there was a booking mix up. Tried to charge an additional $110 because there was s mix up on the booking form. Room was not serviced even though the make up my room tag was left out from 10am
