With the current hotel renovations going on, room is newly renovated but lack of staff at Front desk. They do have shuttle bus to Nagoya Shopping Mall but the time need to allocate more during busy period. currently only have 2 bus time slot.

Sad to see amenities that suppose to be available is not there. From no menu in room, to no spa provided with reason the masseuse not showing up.

Awesome service”
Despite of the crowd, Mr Amin n his team goes the extra mile to provide an awesome service to all the hotel guest. We were very satisfied with the service. Will definitely return to this hotel. Hotel very spacious, clean and staff were very helpful.

quite old hotel”
The room is big with simple furnish. It very clean n comfort to stay in the room. However the staff need to improve in their service during breakfast. Lots of food n drink are empty till they are tell to do so. I saw baby cockroaches running around the bread tray during my breakfast time in the restaurant. Maybe i will be back for the room but will not taking any breakfast in the restaurant anymore.

The staff was friendly and helpful. But the bathroom need to be repaired as there was leak on the bath tub. The water was everywhere on the floor when you were taking a shower. But overall the hotel is good with this value of money.

Hi! All it's really Sad to share with you with the Truth as iam not a hypocrite traveller and I always believed the truth will benefits all , but Accor management Pls take note tat yr mercure batam really2 drop their standards in a Service industry as yr hotel was the best hotel Fr the day I reach batam , but it's really sad to see yr Service standards 'DROP' tremendously it's really sad . So Guest pls take note unless u can get other hotel don't ever tink or don't spoilt yr holiday mood other than tat last Minit arrangement Tham you can consider mercure . I Guess I have given you the best of our understanding review abt mercure hotel , tired of submitting actually abt mercure batam but I don't want others to be disappointed n spoilt their holiday like what iam going thru. Try if u don't believe me no harm trying .
