Not what I was looking for”
Hotel staff was very kind, but had extremely little English. Internet was not included with the room, and when I tried to purchase a password, it wasn't available or they simply didn't understand me. As an international business traveler, not having internet in a hotel is unacceptable. The Hotel was off the main road, down a quiet street, and other than the clerks I met at check in, and the night guard, I never saw anyone else for the 24 hours I was there. It was eerily empty, and I felt like I was the only person in the entire 5 story building. As a woman traveling alone in a foreign country I didn't like the isolation. There was no restaurant or food service, and as such, it may be more appropriate as a longer term stay efficiency where you fix your own meals. The description indicated airport transportation was available, however, that was simply the clerk running to the main road and flagging down a taxi for me. This particular taxi to the airport demanded extra payment calling it an airport 'surcharge' which in 10 years of traveling to BKK I've only had to pay upon leaving the airport, never for arriving. I would prefer a professional hotel limo to avoid the hassle of public taxis. The Hotel was clean and comfortable, just not what I was looking for.

The hotel is in good location and the room is very large. However the remainder wasn't satisfy me at all. First when I and my wife walked into hotel, there was no doorkeeper. There were only one old clerk at reception desk and one security man reading newspaper. At check in the old man asked me some of weird questions such as "What kind of card did I pay via Agoda and how much money did I spend??" I have no idea why he asked me like that. There was no bellboy to help you go up to your room. The atmosphere in the fifth floor was not that good. It was a bit dark and silent. For sure I won't recommend my friend esp. Woman to go there alone. After got into room, there was no WIFI usable. Finally, the full-window at balcony could't completely protect your room from rain. There was significant water diffused through them into adjacent floor. So you must be aware all time you have to walk nearby balcony. I think that's all and enough for other traveller to make a decision! Thank you ;)
