Its not in pondichery district and worst experience”
First of all, this hotel is 13km away from white town. The google location and near by location details provided in the website are completely wrong. We have to cross north puduchery and to reach tamilnadu region. I wasted 3 hours to find the location of the hotel, never look for the location provided in the website, please call the hotel guys and ask for the location if you have booked this hotel by mistake. Website shows all near by beaches are from 500m to with in 2km, but the reality is all are 12+ km away from actual location. Never fall on low price and complementary break fast. They provided me worst break fast I ever have (not a buffet, limited things what they have, if you like that item doesn't matter). I was keep calling them for break fast next morning from 8am, they served around 9am. Interesting thing is tea is not part of complementary break fast , you have to pay from pocket. Tea again took me another half an hour but not served, I went to their kitchen and collected. Some how managed to leave the hotel around 10am for sight seeing but they stopped me saying other guests arrived and have to check out before 11am. Because of the wrong information provided at agoda website and hotel service I lost majority of the time and spoiled my trip.

For starters, the food was just okay... They did not provide half the things mentioned while booking... The room was okay but the living room space looked like it was cleant 10 years before ! and few of the stuffs were very rude ... The only plus was the beach access and clean beach !

Money Games”
Visited the property with full advance payment. They already gave the booking to someone else for a big amount and didn't let us check in stating the reason that they have stopped getting the booking from Agoda. During peak season these people will find all possible ways to make money and make fool of guests. If they have stopped receiving the bookings from Agoda then howcome their property is showing on app itself. We had to leave the property without checkin and find other stay nearby which gave lot of inconvenience to us. I lost trust from the property and recommend everyone

Pros - good staff - great location by the seaside, can walk to the small beach in 2 mins - 2nd floor rooms were spacious and well-designed I should say - close to Auroville. In fact I kept the visit to Auroville on my return journey to Bangalore Cons - away from the city hustle bustle (depends how you look at it as a pro or a con) - little expensive food, and bcos you're little away from the downtown you may have to order food to your liking - narrow approach road if you're taking your car, but has a safe car parking space - access to the two rooms on 2nd floor is via very narrow staircase
