A good escape”
This is the best place for you to rest from the daily hectic life. From the very beginning of you entering the first security post, you will be amazed by their hospitality. Security will escort you until the Meru Suite building, to make sure you wont get lost in finding the place. Just a little hiccup; i booked a large bed from agoda, but on their side they received my reservation as i requested twin bed. Problem were solved immediately. They kindly change my room without the need of me going back to the receptionist. They politely come to me and give the new key of the right as requested room. The view, superb. So relax, you can see the green golf course from the verandah. The cleanliness are above expectations. Food are the best. Had breakfast in The Terrace, Vivien served the best breakfast and coffee. Went to The Dome for dinner. Kudos to the unsung hero from the kitchen, who cooked the best fried ginger beef kueyteow, Chef Shanker. And to Aachi, who made the best teh tarik. These eating places are walking distance from Meru Suites, you can just walk and enjoy the stunning scenery. Thank you to all, from the security dept, receptionist, housekeeping, f&b people. I had the best stay ever.

This was our first vacation this year. We liked it so much because the place we stayed in was so spotless and clean, spacious and well-equipped. It had everything we needed, the swimming pool was also very clean, surrounding area was serene and scenic. There wasn't much choice at the Terrace cafe, but not an issue when you're in Ipoh. Lots of choices for food in near the area. We will definitely be back <3

Spacious and super clean apartment for a family with young kids to stay. Buggy service is always available for residents to move around the resort area to use the facilities e.g. swimming pool, clubhouse,etc. The staffs do take request from guest seriously. We asked for simple birthday deco in the room and its there when we checked in. Really enjoy our stay here and will definitely come again.

Overall our stay has been very pleasant right from the moment we arrived at the guardhouse till we checked out. Cleanliness was tip top and the room condition was superb. the only complaint was perhaps the internet was down for almost throughout our stay (3 days 2 nights) and our hp lines signal were weak in the room as well. When we need to use internet we need to sit out at balcony
