If you’re staying in a mixed room dormitory, they’re plagued by mosquitoes so buy flies killer. The WiFi is slow, but if you’re a night owl it speed up when most guest are not using it. The breakfast only consist of loaf of bread, fetta cheese spread, marmalade and tea but only if the cleaning lady is there. The cleaning lady is very nice and keep the common areas clean, it is attentive even if she doesn’t speak English. The guys do the minimum necessary, the big guy is more preoccupied about you taken care of while the other guy won’t do anything other than watching TV. Toiletries are not included, nor additional cup of teas to keep you warm, you need to buy everything. The worst thing is the common bathroom, when the cleaning lady is not working the guys don’t keep the place clean, if you have messy guests you’ll end up cleaning after them… the shower which is next to the toilet was clogged, I had to unclog it myself with a toilet pump until it drained so I could take a shower. Walking past the other rooms, they look nicer and cleaner, I assume the rooms with their own bathrooms will be in better condition than the shared one so again… you get what you pay for.

really enjoyed this place even just for our very quick overnight stay, delicious breakfast with jam, baguette & egg & great tea. Check in quick & easy so we could get to visit the pyramids as quick as possible on our short stopover

le services des chambres n'est pas aux normes, ”

le prix correspond a l hotel, mais le service est mauvais. pendant les 9 jours que j'ai passé la ba j'ai dormit sur les mêmes draps et les serviettes; le petit déjeuner est imposé, pas de choix , pas jus ni de fruits, alors c'est un petit déjeuner continental. il y a trop de bruits jours et nuits et des klaxons; ascenseur très spécial.

Trotz Vorankündigung der ungefähren Ankunftszeit spät in der Nacht war offensichtlich nichts vorbereitet. Das Zimmer war unsauber, mehr als eine staubige Wolldecke ohne Zusatzlaken zum Schutz vor den kühlen Nächten gab es nicht, frisch bezogen waren die Betten ebenfalls nicht, da auf den Bettlaken Flecken waren. Toilettenpapier musste selbst besorgt werden, Seife und Handtuch sollte man auch selbst dabei haben. Frühstück vor der "üblichen Zeit" von 8.30 Uhr war trotz höflicher Anfrage am Vorabend nicht machbar, womit man hungrig auf Touren morgens um 8 entlassen wird. Ein Tisch und ein zweiter Stuhl für Frühstück im Mehrbettzimmer musste auch erst mehrfach angefragt werden. Zudem war das Zimmer ein Tummelplatz für Moskitos. Schlimmster Minuspunkt: Nach einem kurzen Zwischenaufenthalt in Alexandria vor der Rückreise, für den wir unser Gepäck hatten lagern lassen, wurde uns dieses bei der Rückkehr ohne viele Worte anstatt auf unser Zimmer vor die Eingangstür der Rezeption gestellt, was für uns einem Rauswurf gleichkam, obwohl wir noch eine Übernachtung dort hatten und uns auch nie über die Zustände beschwert hatten. Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert

لا يوجد إفطار التلفاز لا يعمل لا يوجد خزانة ملابس لا يوجد فوط (مناشف) نضع اشياء في الثلاجة فتختفي فجأة! لا يوجد مناديل في الحمام بقية الأمور جيدة.

لا يوجد اى خدمه بالمكان كما لا يوجد اى تنسيق بين موقع اجودا والفندق وتم سؤالى يوميا عن الحجز وكم دفعت وكانهم لا يعلموا اى شئ

Попав в этот отель мы сразу были шокированы фразой владельца «мы не сотрудничаем с Агодой и та цена, по которой вы забронировали номер не есть действительной». Представьте себе, как мы себя чувствовали в стране третьего мира вечером в полнейшей растерянности. Но слава богу, у них оказались свободные номера, куда мы и заселились. Персонал действительно приветливый(за это и 4 из 10), хоть большинство слабо знает английский. Но в первую же ночь мы проснулись от звука непонятного шороха, и через 15 мин это оказалось мышь, доедающая нашу картошку фри... в кондиционере жили голуби, поэтому ближе к утру, когда они просыпались и летали по всему кондеру, спать мы тоже особо не могли. Также окно выходит на шумную сторону, так что вечером не надейтесь заснуть в тишине. А ещё в номере холодно, в последнюю ночь после душа я даже заболела. На следующий день хозяин хостела все таки нашёл наше бронирование на сайте Booking.com (не понимаю, почему он просто сразу не могу туда зайти?!!!!) и мы доплатили 4$ за какую то комиссию букинга. Короче немного бред, но мы были довольны хотя бы тем, что у нас было, где ночевать. Завтраки, которые включены в стоимость хостела, мы брать не рисковали (из чистоплотных соображений). В общем, за чистоту комнаты могу поставить 2/10, так как на постеле и в душе было немало волос бывших жильцов. Расположение хорошее. WiFi ловит более менее норм. Возможно, цена тут и соответствует качеству, но точно не скажу, потому что не бывала в подобных хостелах в странах третьего мира.
