"The beds looked clean but I was suspicious about if they changed the sheets. The bathroom could have more attention since red wax was left in the tub and my kid thought it was blood. The stairs need a good vacuum. On the positive side they have vending machine for water , snacks and sodas , also a laundromat and best-indoor pool!! You get what you pay for and I would stay there again if needed."

"I am from Canada and stayed here for 4 days and was very happy with the place. Outdoor Pool was cleaned every morning and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and willing to accommodate me by allowing me to swim and stay at poolside until my room was ready the 1st day because I was early. I am very happy with my stay and if I ever go back to Dallas, I will stay there again."

"This was my preferred motel to stay at it in mesquite. I was surprised after the first night to find bites on my legs and arms as well as my wife. BED BUGS were found and i called the front desk only to be told that in order to get another room i would need to pay $ for an upgrade. I refused and left was asked if we were checking out and i said no in case another motel was unavailable. The next morning i went to get the rest of my luggage to see they had already started cleaning in order to rent the same room without addressing the problem so i paid $250 for a room i stayed 1 night. Friends and family beware"
