Unremarkable”

We booked the Deluxe King room and was surprised how small it was. There is a desk chair but no other seating in the room. The air condition system is centrally controlled and any time we turned it on we were quickly frozen. The room never got above 20 degrees Celsius. Aside from those two things, the hotel was OK but in no way special. Honestly for the money I think you can do better somewhere else.

I would definitely stay here again. Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Love the breakfast which offered many options from Nasi lemak to Western style eggs etc.

Good city hotel but with bad room ventilation”

the best part of my staycation is the buffet spread. owh my the food and selection was amazing! really love your breakfast! the only downer moment for me is the room's air ventilation is very poor. the room is so stuffy that i want to open the window to let the dusts flow out but it couldnt be opened. i am not sure when was the last time the room had a thorough air cleaning. perhaps the hotel could install those air purifier to remove those old dusts and stuffy air. i got fever right after checking out so the bad air ventilation did affected my health so please take care of that.

I have stayed at the hotel on several visits to Kuala Lumpur. Very nice, comfortable rooms. Breakfast is ok but could provide a bit more western options. Excellent location. 10 minute walk to Pavilion Shopping Mall, 15 minutes to KLCC. 3 minute walk to Changkat for bars and restaurants.
