I'm a reguler loyal customer but this is my last visit to metro hotel! Very disappointed with the staff, earlier I must paid 50k for loosing my access card, then when I found it and want to return the card to them, the receptionist said to me that my 50k can not return again, even you return the card?!! what the heck?!! I'm very disappointed, this is the first time I had bad experience like this, in my whole experiences staying at hotel almost every week.. Hopefully I don't experience it again!!

Experience in Metro Hotel, Jababeka Cikarang”
The breakfast can be improved by providing some muesli, yoghurt, better fruit selection, breakfast sausages, brown bread. Felt cheated as the rate I saw was RM141 then later I was charged two times a 10 percent charge... One for tax and one for service. The ballpark figure should given before payments were made. When payments were made the figure was showing RM141... After payments were made a bigger figure was seen. I ended up paying RM186 or something. Cikarang is an industrial area and the rates were too high for a basic industrial area. Prices should be revised. There are better pricing hotels in central Jakarta where there is more life, shops, entertainment... So you pay for the environment you are in. There is nothing in cikarang and the hotel rate is a bit too high.

The interior is sooo old fashion but it's still okay for me. The bathroom a bit smell like cockroach. AC is okay. The bed and pillow also okay but I found there's a stain on a blanket and pillow.
