Don't stay here! Tiny room, inadequate facilities ”
We booked a triple room. The room was ridiculously small, with the beds so crammed in that there was literally not enough floor space to put suitcases anywhere. There was a mini fridge, which didn't work properly and there was no space for a table or chairs. The safe didn't work and the door to the room showed signs of having previously been broken into. There is no aircon and the room was stiflingly hot. The 'ensuite' was absolutely tiny with nowhere to put any toiletries or towels and no ventilation do the tiny space was always hit and damp. The 'breakfast' was a wicker basket delivered to the room with various items such as yoghurt, coco pops bars and a bread roll and butter and jam or cheese. There were no plates in the room, and nowhere to sit yo eat except on your bed. In the 5 nights we stayed there the room was 'serviced' twice, which consisted of the towels bring changed and the bin emptied. The sheets were not changed at all. Oh, and we've all ended up with what appear to be flea bites. The actual 'hotel' is on the second and third floors up a set of very steep stairs with no lift. The first floor corridor was blocked with guests suitcases or pushchairs most of the time. Would not go back if you paid me.

Basic...ok for one night”
Basic condition. Old "hotel'. Narrow stairs, no elevator. We only stayed one night and opted for the "small" first floor room rather than drag luggage up three flights of stairs to the larger one offered. Room very small and cluttered with our luggage so hard for a couple of move around. Shared toilet/bathroom up another short staircase and fairly basic facilities there. Breakfast OK.

Very good”
The best thing about this Hotel was definitely the location. Just a two minute walk to Paddington Station. It also has supermarkets and lots of places to eat nearby. It's not far from Hyde Park either. The staff was nice and let us leave the bags there after the checkout. Unfortunately we thought that the room had a bathroom, but it did not. It was probably a mistake by Agoda, because on the room page it said that every room have bathrooms.This was a bit unpleasant. The room had a sink anyway, which was kind of useful, but still not the whole thing. We were not supposed to get included breakfast, but they gave us one anyway. It was just an "average" breakfast, but better than nothing, considering we didn't pay for it! They asked at what time we would like to have it (between 8 and 10am), and put it on our door entrance every morning at the chosen time. The only unpleasant thing was that the employer knocked sometimes on the door to let us know that it was there. The free breakfast kind of compensated for the lack of bathroom in the room.

Messed up my trip as a 3 day stay turned into a 1 night stay and a 2 night stay involving me to leave my bag at reception and pack up my stuff after one night and move back to the original hotel....

It's very good value. The hotel is clean; and although the facilities are basic, they are what I needed for an overnight, waiting to catch an early-morning train. Thanks to the lady who moved me, at her suggestion, from a top-floor room to a second-floor room. I'm 67 and that was a help.

Very dirty”
Location is great From Paddington station (opposite the "Hotel") you can be at Heathrow in 15 minutes (with direct trains to the Airport) Many restaurants and coffee shop around. Piccadilly and Oxford Street at 10 minutes by underground St Mary Hospital is 1 minute walking too Our room: very dirty with bathroom outside - very disappointed (I specifically asked to have It inside)
