This hotel deserves an excellent review. All staff are friendly to greet guest's. During the coronavirus outbreak, the staff work extra steps to ensure the place is clean. Location of hotel is good. Very convenient to get to places in the city.

This hotel is clean, staff is friendly and responsive. The room amenities are outstanding for the price, rooms are modern and updated. In room tv's are a good size, cable is ok. Good lighting, plenty of power outlets, in room refrigerator, hot water maker for tea and coffee, bathroom amenities are good. Bed if firm but has a topper. Pillows and comforter were real down and sheets were good thread count, not cheap bedding. Only complaint about the hotel is its food selection for room service, its lacking, also very expensive and drinks are outrageous, the food is mediocre. Better of going to store or 7-eleven about a block away to get drinks. I would definitely stay here again.

Although the location isn't really walking distance to the shopping area, there's several bus stops near the hotel (right in front and across the street).The hotel also has free shuttle to Mongkok. It drops you right it in front of Langham Place which is less than 5 mins away from the night market! The concierge was very helpful, the cleaning lady and gentleman was also very courteous and always greeted us whenever we met them! Giving 4 stars to facilities because the elevator was always busy. But other than that, the hotel is perfect! Will definitely book again on our next visit!

Very good staff and service”
Hotel staffs are very nice, provide good service when we arrived the lobby, they also find way to arrange king bed room for us even upgraded room type. Room is bigger than others in Hongkong, facility and cleaness is perfect, shower head is best in the best that I ever used. The location is 10~15min to the Monkok MTR station, but hotel has free shuttle bus for transit. Definitely I will come again for next trip.

Hotel provides free crib for infants. It’s near airport express Kowloon station, and from there the free shuttle service (K5 line) will drop you off right front of the hotel. Will stay here again!

Great Location and Facilities”
1) Location Initially i was skeptical when agoda reveal the hotel name as i bought as a surprise deal as the hotel is 12-15mins walk away from Mong Kok MTR. Love the complimentary shuttle services to MongKok MTR and K5 bus service to Kowloon station and from there we can change to Airport express to the Airport. Hotel also has great bus connectivity to most part of HK 2) Room and Facilities Spacious and clean room and bathroom. We can put our luggages comfortably and still have rooms to walk around. Free bottled drinking water as well. Gym and pool is abit small though. Probably cannot fit more than 5 people at one go. 3) Staff Hotel staff and the bus driver are friendly and can explain to our queries. Part of the reason why i book this hotel because it has gym and pool as im a exercise-lover. Over all, i would recommend this hotel to other travellers, especially those with kids.

This is a hidden gem for us as we booked our hotel rooms last minute on agoda.com. Was supposed to book the mongkok branch but we are glad we had chosen this one. Located on a quiet street mean better sleep at night. Staff were all very professional and friendly. Fast check in process and English is well spoken. My brother got a free birthday cake during his stay. What a great surprise, thank you so much for being attentive. Cleanliness spot on, would love to rebook this hotel the next time we are in HK.

Fantastic hotel and perfect service”
First trip to HK Their servies are so good & facilities are neat. We had trouble in our flight due to bad wether. So we talked this hotel about our situation. Then they dealed with it quickly. They really saved us! Despite 10-15 min in a walk from MTR to this hotel, access from the airport is very easy. After taking Airport Express to Kowloon and transferring free shuttle bus line K5, you can reach in front of the hotel. There are gym and swimming pool in the hotel. Anyway, if you'd like to walk around town both Kowloon & HK Island, this hotel provide you good servise with reasonable price.

Great value for the money”
Needed a place to stay for one night and got a great deal for this place from agoda. It's not near the railway at all but its not hard to find if you know the place or have any map apps. Staff was friendly, smooth check in and check out. Facilities were old, as expected, water stains on the bathroom wall but a spotless toilet, definitely a plus. Room looks clean generally, but there is a tiny blood-like spot on one of the four pillows, well there are three clean ones so no big deal. Room temperature can't be adjusted below 22 degree, somewhat hot in the day but perfectly fine at night. TV got lots of channels but low clarity. The room was quite spacious compared to newer hotels in HK. And included with the room is everything you need, water, slippers, toiletries, etc. Had a great stay there. Would definitely recommend.

Unexpected nice stay, staff was professional ”
Was planned to travel, but trip cancelled due to COVID-19. Got a very good rate for this 4-night stay. Pros: Staff are well-trained, friendly and helpful. For the age of the hotel, rooms were quite well-maintained. TV has international channels. Free handy phone. Good lightings. With a few restaurants. Cons: Though ventilation on the walkways were poor, with smell of smoke. Wall also thin, can hear TV of neighbour, also people walk passed (around 8 rooms on one wing of a floor). With ear plugs, the stay was good. Chair comfortable, but not enough space to put it by the desk; so can’t sit properly to work at the desk. Will consider this hotel again.
