Shower didn't work, no one cleaned the room, no fresh towels, small room for the amount of money we paid for the room

Best for privacy and location”

Travelled solo and for me this is the best. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating on my queries and requests. Bella even helped braid my hair which for me is perfect as little things like this matterf for any travellerand shows that staff is willing to go beyond their work description. Also Mezzanine have two rooms only so sharing bathroom is no big deal. And I got lucky coz when I got to the Inn there was no guest on the other room so I got the bathroom all for myself. Cleanliness is to be expected from the room. And the are just a year so technically the place is very new. Do not mistook them for fancy the place is not pretentious. Accept that this place is very decent. And having restaurant & bar in the same compound is very convenient plus the food & drink is sooo good. Try their own coconut ice cream & the house fruit rum. I love everything about this place and will definitely always come back here.

It was fine- it really is not a hotel, it is a restaurant with a couple of rooms attached. They have aircon!

A lot to improve”

Im sorry to say but it was a really bad experience. It is highly overpriced the rooms are not clean at all. We shared the street front bathroom with cockroaches and other random people from the street. The Inn is not their main core indeed there is a lot to improve. I would recommend not to book it in advance go there and check it first. There are lot of other option where it is worth to stay in El Nido.

Everything was great, location is perfect, food in the restaurant is great, staff are lovely, owner Adrian is very attentive. It's just it should be cheaper for a room with shared bathroom.

Zimmer im EG, direkt an der Straße ”

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Mezzanin. Die Lage des Zimmers war der absolute Horror. Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, direkt zur Strasse. Um in das Gemeinschaftsbad zu gelangen muss man über einen Vorbereich, der offen zur Strasse ist. Wer es so exibitionitisch mag, ist hier genau richtig! Das Bad war alles andere als sauber. Wer im dunklen mal aufs WC musste hatte Gesellschaft von Riesenkakerlaken, die auch durch den Spalt unter der Tür direkt von draussen in unser Zimmer kamen. Für 40 CHF die Nacht fanden wir das Preise-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht angebracht. Alles in allem waren wir ziemlich unzufrieden und würden auf keinen Fall nochmals buchen.
