Just 2-3 km away from SM Lanang,Abrezza mall and a few blocks away from Waterfront Hotel.If you want to go to Samal island, you just have to cross the street and there is a ferry boat terminal that will take you to samal island.

Poor Customer Service”

We booked and paid for the room and we supposed to check in at 2 pm. We dialed the host several times but no one was attending our call. After more than 1 hour the host finally took our call and informed us that they are not receiving guest at the moment. We negotiated since the room was as paid already and she let us stay in her colleagues unit, not the unit we booked. The place is too far from the city proper and it needs two different rides just to go to the nearest mall. The hallway going to the next floors is dirty and has a foul smell. Very inconvenient. Not worth of your money.

A solo and frequent traveller like me. I highly recommend the place as excellent fro place, guards, staff and the owner itself as my fellow ilonggo, it's superb. Thanks to the owner when I extend my stay she didn't collect the money but she trust me to pay anytime as long as I occupied the unit. God bless you Ate 🙏👼✝️
