Very nice place”
I can't say enough about the girl working at the front desk. I wish i could remember her name but she was so nice and so helpful while i stayed there. The breakfast is very good . The location is not bad being that its close to pristine beach but its kinda far from all the main attractions. It's walking distance to the airport if you don't mind a little walking. the internet here is very good and again the staff here is amazingly kind.

Great hotel and staff”
This hotel is great, staff even better, beds are superb. very clean rooms. The staff gives you a super service, always smiling and they arrange or fix anyting you should/would ever need. I travelled all over asia and this hotel rated as 3 stars gave us the best service , the best beds and cleanest rooms and did i mention service? :) i will absolutely recommend this hotel to people who wants a quiet place to relax after being travelling all day.. i hope they soon will get a swimmingpool and a small resturant.. the only minus i had at first was location as i thought it was close to the beach.. but after i while it was i nice to have a quiet location..

Clean and modern but out of the way”
The staff here are super friendly and will try to help with any question or problem. The rooms are simple but decent. Couldn't figure out how to get hot water in the shower - no instructions! We asked the receptionist who also had no idea and said we can wait until the next day when she will find out! Biggest gripe was the location which is a fair way out of the town and needs a trike ride of about 15 minutes to get into town. Would probably stay somewhere else if back in PP in a better location. Breakfast was simple with toast and eggs. There are cups and coffee in the room but no kettle! You have to go down and ask for some hot water. Bizarre.

Peaceful and Relaxing”
Overall the stay at MGM Prime Suits have been very satisfying. At first, my wife and I are kinda hesitant about the location being a little bit far from the main road, but turns out to be an advantage at the end. You can really relax and have a great rest here after a long and tiring day from the tours and other activities. You won't have to worry about getting to anywhere since there is a trike terminal a few meters away and if you want to, the hotel staff can hail one for you as well. The hotel can also arrange for your tours and activities if you want to as well. The hotel is highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again if ever I come back to Puerto Princesa.

Over rated and over priced”
I booked 4 nights...........I had my flight delayed from Boracay to Manila. It didnt make any difference as flights were turned back from Palawan the same night and the previous one due to strong winds. Our flight from Kalibo was delayed 5 hours and I missed a connecting flight to Palawan. MGM refused to credit me a day that I lost even though I said I would extend a few days. There knowledge for anyone snorkeling on the island is non existant. They only promote Honda Bay. This place as no sound proofing and my room had dampness around the power point and into the wall. Very dangerous but nothing was done when I reported it.This place is out of town and down a dirt track..........you dont feel on holiday here!!

Good for a stop over”
good hotel for a stopover from the airport. Not near a lot and trikes can't always find it. need a trike to get anywhere from there as it's opposite side of the baywalk. Only a few Km from rizal though, but still a trike is preferred. Rooms were clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay there.

Great place to stay ”
Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and can't do enough for you. The area the hotel is located is quite rural and away from the noisy main road ( about 5 minutes by tricycle ) we walked to the main road once it was a pleasant walk that took around 25 minutes but I was stopping to take photoes. The locals are also very friendly always saying hello and smiling. If we came back to this part of the Philippines we would come back to this hotel.

The staff were awesome and the owner as well! Has airport shuttle service. Very near the airport and the strip where the local restaurants and bars are located. The hotel's a bit far from the busy main areas which is great for relaxation. The hotel's really clean and prices are not that expensive.

Il gestore ci ha accolto con gentilezza e simpatia. Ci ha aiutato a trovare anche delle soluzioni di trasposto verso altre località che in autonomia non riuscivamo a trovare. Le stanze sono pulite, dotate di condizionatore molto silenzioso (e nelle Filippine è davvero insolito). il bagno ristrutturato tutto nuovo è dotato di doccia calda davvero confortevole. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata ma sufficiente e di buona qualità. Lo consigliamo.
