“Great stay but there is room for improvement”
This hotel shines with its prime location. It is near a lot of different restaurants including korean restaurants. The room was very clean indeed. The hot water was consistent. Walking around the area is a plus with a few restaurants, Lotus supermarket, a good IT shop plus electrical shop as well as bathroom fittings shops nearby. Checking in is a bit of a wait because the guest in front could not access her online booking and the staff seemed stumped and inexperience regarding the matter. There was no one to open another counter for the cue building up behind. Parking above ground is pretty narrow and only very small cars can make the 180 degrees U turns going up and coming down the upstairs parking. I have to reverse my car for a bit to get through. If you drive a full sized MPV, you better park at ground level. Certain parking bays upstairs may get you stuck if someone park opposite the bay you park so beware.
