    “Lovely Gateaway for Family”

    It is a lovely gateaway for a short weekend with family amongst the beautiful paddy field (subject to season). The only challenge is there is not much breakfast choice for kids and the bicycles that are free are great addition but useless when most of them are broken and not usable. Its always the little things that makes and break a beautiful boutique/glamping place. Hope to visit again and maybe by then they would have some minor improvement. It does not help with a group staying with their organizer blasting their portable speaker making announcement going around. We did not came to stay to be indirectly part of their company trip!!!

    “Staff not attentive, not value for money ”

    Booked 2 rooms for 1 night, when I arrived staff said 1 room for 2 nights. Arrived time around 4pm, weather is hot, the water either coming from shower head, basin tap all super hot, can't be adjusted What worst one of the room the shower head is spoiled with and always supply with hot water. Complain to staff, and said is like that, ask us to use the washroom area for campsite. For rm400 each room , totally not value for money.

We are truly sorry to hear that our staff’s response did not meet your expectations and that you were advised to use the public bathroom instead of receiving a more immediate and satisfactory solution. We are currently investigating the issue with our maintenance team to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible. Additionally, we will be reviewing our internal communication and service procedures to ensure our guests receive the attention and care they deserve.
