Michaela is a very caring and attentive hostess. always glad to offer tea or coffee, prepares delicious breakfasts. it so happened that I fell ill upon arrival to her and she did not stand aside. she took me to the doctor herself and continued to be interested in my health. in all matters, she turned on with her soul and helped. since you are staying at the house, it is important who the owner is. Michaela is a very good and sincere person.

It’s a nice, welcoming place.”

The hostess is welcoming, friendly and helpfull; always willing to answer the questions we had. She made us a cup of tea&#47;coffee and told us a bit about the environment (the restaurants nearby etc). The location is good. Restaurants are near, the beach and some other touristic places as well. The beds were clean. It’s a nice place to stay.
The two double beds were okay, but a bit small. Although we did have an extra single bed on our floor that we could use if we wanted.

The owner was very helpful and did her level best to make my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable in providing information on places of interest. The location of the property is excellent, very clean and meet my needs.
I have no issue with this property. In fact, I like to stay in the place. I shall book this place again if I visit Kochi once more. The owner spoke excellent English Language. So communication was well understood.

everything - good location within walking distance to everything.although basic but it was very clean. Excellent host. Lima makes you feel at home away from home happily gives you money saving advice too Even arranged tuk tuk for the day and drop off to bus station following day. Highly recommend and value for money.

Home Starts at Michaela&#39;s”

We just had a day to grab all the local culture while we had a feeling of home. This homestay combines the best of both worlds that one could ask for - i.e. if you&#39;re looking to be at a home away from home and be at a state of mind that knocks you out with a feeling of relaxation and enviable comfort. A great stay and looking to come back for more days, hopefully soon.

The place was super clean and cosy. We arrived late and tired and the check in was quick. Lima and the family were very nice and kind. They helped us arranging local transport, suggesting places to visit, where to eat, etc. We didn&#39;t have an Indian phone number but they offered theirs to do some calls. Internet worked well. Breakfast was nice and cheap. They kindly offered to keep our luggage all day until we went to the airport. Thanks Lima!
Only thing I can say is that the bedroom is a bit small for 2 people, no place to hang the clothes
