A walk from eastwood
You'd have to go thru an overpass for pedestrian to go to eastwood which is the only place to go. Other than thag it's right beside a busy highway which is called C5

Disappointing
I'm not sure where to start.. I got the presidential suite for the jacuzzi it was out of order. My girlfriend complained that the floors were dirty and unmopped The toiletries were old, no telephone in the rooms, towel cleanliness wasn't satisfactory, the breakfast was minuscule. The beds were too hard for our liking the only positive thing I could say was the staff was friendly. If you like hard beds and broken jacuzzis and dirty floors then this is the place for you!

Fairly nice
Housekeeping needs improvement. Probably because of limited numbers of personnel. Front desk personnel and the guards were very pleasant and efficient.

Great location: excellent customer service.
The staff was very courteous upon check-in, and everyone we encountered was all smiles. The room itself was spacious, but we found it a bit funny that the view was someone's house. We could see their washing and everything! Haha. My partner said that the internet died from time to time, but I didn't experience it since I couldn't log on at all. The power died for 2 seconds a few times in the early morning (around 4 AM). It was a little freaky but not too inconvenient. It was strange that there was only one pair of slippers (and one toothbrush) despite us declaring that there would be two guests checking in. This was a minor inconvenience, so we didn't bother bringing it up. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the servers were very polite and helpful! One thing that kind of bothered us: the guest comment sheet in our room already had answers on it... I guess the cleaning staff forgot to check in that, lol. Checking out was a breeze as well. It was a great place to stay altogether.
