Definition of Value For Money”
Microtel never fails. You get exactly what you pay for and more, free coffee, ice, hot and cold water 24 hours, and very attentive security guards. Never understood some of the complaints here considering the price. Other hotels offer coffee/tea-making kettle, but at 5K per night? Buffet breakfast not satisfactory at PhP 250/head, really? You’ll be getting tapsilog elsewhere at a higher rate. Value for money wise, this is the best hotel Baguio can offer. Period.
Great Food and Near Bus Station”
Location is walking distance to Victory Liner bus terminal so transportation is not a problem. Very helpful and polite staff. They allowed us to check-in at an earlier time. Breakfast buffet was great as well. All in all, we had a great stay and will definitely come back
This is my 4th time in Microtel Baguio. We were allowed to check-in early since there was already an available room. Only problem was the toilet w/c was clogged but they were able to transfer us to a different room the following day without any hassle. Buffet breakfast was ok, a bit slow to refill some viands but it was peak season so there were lots of people. Staff were courteous. Wifi ok. Location is good.
Hotel in a great location with standard amenities. walking distance to restaurants and SM mall. Bedroom walls are thin. be . careful of what you are saying, no soundproof, you can hear a pin drop from down the hall. Breakfast is great and staff are helpful and accomodating.
This is our second time to stay for 2 nights, I always choose this hotel, their breakfast is buffet , freshly cooked, & they always filling up, coffee , hot chocolate & juices are good!! Their room is good with twin queen size bed & lovely shower 🚿 with hot water. See you next year microtel wyndham. 😊👍👌👊
Great stay for Baguio for the basics ”
This is a super convenient and clean hotel if you’re going back to Manila via the Victory Liner buses. Hotel is clean but amenities fall a bit short. No water, or fridge in the room, no gym amenities or pool.
Clean. Classy. Homey. ”
Enjoyed our stay.m, though the wifi connection at the time was almost nonexistent.
always a nice stay”
This is our primary hotel that we use on our many trips to Baguio
Mr. & Mrs. Lilia Vermillo”
We do not travel often. So when we do, I do a lot of research before I decide to make my reservations. I didn’t make a mistake with Microtel at Wyndham in Baguio City. The whole staff gave us the best, VIP treatment. From the Security guard, the Front desk, all the way to the staff at the dining. If that’s my last day in the Philippine, I would leave them all my money up to the last cent. To show my appreciation for the excellent service they provided us. Thank you everyone.hope to see you all again 😘🤗
Easy for those commuting from Manila to Baguio via Victory Liner. Very near to some of the best restaurants in the area. Great value for money also, clean and very safe place. The breakfast buffet is passable.
Exvellent staff & restaurant ”
The food, and the staff at the resturant is excellent. Breakfast is super. Rooms are very clean. Front desk staff are professional, and nice. Oberall an excellent place to stay. We were there for seven nights this time.
The location of the hotel was very accessible to the city. Room was great and comfy. It was a very tiring day so I had a great stay at Wyndham. Comfortable bedroom and the bedsheet smells good. Also, we had a superb breakfast. Definitely, I will go back here with my family and friends.
Great value for money!”
This is a good mid-range hotel, centrally located, with great value for money. The fixtures are kind of old and outdated, but with the price, it's okay. We loved the steak at Te Amo! Surprised that it was good. =)
Pros: 1. Location was great. The hotel is walking diatance to the city and bus station. 2. The rooms are clean and big! 3. The staff was accomodating. 4. The buffet was fantastic!! Yummy! 5. Hassle free and quick check in and check out. Cons: 1. Sometimes you can easily hear the voices of people at the hallway.
Their rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet. Great room service options. Loved Te Quiero’s fish and chips. Great friendly staff. Unlimited drinking water and coffee supply. The only bad thing is that a dead cockroach fell off the aircon unit in my father’s room and I found an unhatched cockroach egg in my bed, under the blankets. Still, overall,, it’s a good hotel to stay in Baguio City.
Fantastic ~ always love coming here!”
As always, Microtel Baguio exceeded our expectations for the price, location and facilities, the team working there from the Front Desk, Housekeeping, engineering etc are fantastic! Stephanie from Front Office and her team did amazing job accommodating us especially when we made a mistake with our checkout date, they went over and beyond helping us and were very understanding of our mistake looking forward to visiting again soon
2 Nights Stay”
Room and staff are on point. Just the low down is when we tried to dine in for dinner on their restaurant/bar bulalo wasn't tender at all and tough.
Very basic hotel”
It was pretty expensive for a hotel which offers very little except for a very basic room. I has no amenities (like a fitness center or recreational/relaxing activities and services), and only has a single restaurant/cafe. For the same price or less, I've had other hotels which offered so much more.
Best hotel we've ever been.”
The location is very nice, very near to bus terminal. The staffs are very accommodating and always smiling. We didn't have a hard time to requesting them our needs. Spacious room, very clean and smells so good.
Overall I'm very satisfied with Microtel. I like the most is the location and the hotel itself.”
Breakfast is good also. The staff are very accommodating. However I was not able to avail of my senior citizen discount because of arrangement with agoda. I'm just wondering why when we were at Marco Polo in Davao I was able to avail it. My credit card was pre swipe when we check in but it was only when we check out and bills were finalized that the actual cost was credited. When the bill was arranged upon check out they have already deducted my discount as senior citizen. I think this should be the practise in all hotel accommodations. The booking with AGODA should not prevent us from this availment. I hope this will be look upon by the management otherwise travellers like us will no longer book from Agoda. Also the hotel's contact nos. should always be available so that we can be able to contact and book directly to them.
