The Microtel Experience ”
We stayed in 2 Microtel Hotels (Luisita & Nueva Ecija) & I have to give it to them, both stays were good and held a certain quality of service. Their staff are warm and helpful and are kind, too. The rooms are big enough for what we paid for and the rooms were clean. We compared it with our other stays as we are travelling til Pagudpod and we look forward to having another Microtel stay before we head back to Manila. Kudos to your team! Keep it up!

Almost perfect. Nice staff and the place is peaceful, the only thing was the swimming pool is not allowed to use that time of our stay. Hopefully, the pool will be available to use for our next visit.

Shower water pressure is xoxo. The cable went down half of the day until we checked out but staffs are commendable and very courteous. Breakfast buffet is awesome but the location is far from the information pinned on this page. Its a tricycle away from the main road of Maharlika but will stay again next time. ❤️

The first thing i like in the hotel is the staffs friendliness. When i entered the hotel it has a positive vibes. Though the hotel is quite old im surprised that their technology and appliances are modern and almost new as in everything. One down point, the remote control of the aircon is broken. Thanks microtel cabanatuan for a good and relaxing stay.

The place is old and has a scary vibe (probably because of the orange lights) . The walls and floors seem that they haven’t been repainted and polished in decades. The restroom is dirty (grime hair on floor tiles, shower curtain has molds). Bed sheets and pillow cases have stains. We stayed less than an hour, just ironed our clothes for the event we were attending, then left and never went back. We stayed in other microtels like baguio, but t

the room was quite "basic" but definitely more than what i had expected - it was cozy, clean and had everything you could possibly think you'll need for a couple of nights stay. i must commend the staff who were very, very helpful and would always meet you with a welcoming smile. they were very accommodating to our requests and were efficient in terms of delivery. we didn't get to try out the amenities but the pool was definitely inviting. in fact, i'm thinking of planning a small family reunion next time i come back to the philippines. i guess my only criticism is the location but it does have its pros and cons. with cabanatuan city roads becoming more and more congested, the hotel being closer to the highway and a bit out of the way, saved us a lot of time getting to our hometown, which is about 30-45 minutes away from cabanatuan city. however, the hotel was difficult to find initially.
