Very convenient for a night near the airport. Didn't seem to be much nearby for food, but they have tables in the lobby area where you could sit and eat some take out or delivery. Needed a shuttle at 0300, and it was prompt and a short ride...great service. Quick and friendly check in and check out. They have a huge parking area out back, so definitely consider this location if you have a large vehicle or boat trailer.

We were happy with the cleanliness of the facility. The air conditioning was not working and our room was very hot. Opening the window only helped a little and allowed incredibly loud noises from the airport. We only needed a quick stop over and it was adequate for that, but a little over priced.

I ask for a king size bed but when we get there , it’s a queen bed , smaller than what I expect and breakfast is not good . Not enough tables to sit.

I had a good experienced when it comes to pick up their guest in the airport on time. Accomodating front desk staffs. You can smell the room was well santized. A minor things i just noticed the toilet was not scrubbed inside but the floor of the bathroom is clean and the room carpet is clean. If i will visit Anchorage again I definitely check in in this hotel again.

We flew into Anchorage late, got to the hotel around 9:30pm to find out THEY HAD CLOSED FOR THE SUMMER. Nobody every reached out to us to let us know the reservation we made months prior was no good. So we showed up to an empty hotel late at night in a city we'd never been, and then had to scramble to find somewhere that was still open & had availability. Terrible experience

Arrived in anchorage late night and expecting a good night sleep. However, upon arriving at the Microtel location. It had a posted notice on which they are shutdown due to covid. Did not give any advance notice on the matter. Ended up staying at the airport for the night. Very disappointed.
