The price includes breakfast and pool and I literally paid $30 a night. Staff is nice and helpful! Only thing I didn't like is that me and my son booked a non-smoking room and it still smelled like cigarettes, which of course is not the staff's fault but they should pay attention and make sure everybody follow rules, other than that, IS GREAT AND SUPER AFFORDABLE!

Value Hotel Not a Lot of Customer Service. ”
Took more than 20 minutes to check-in. Clerk could not help with room issue. Breakfast machines not intuitive and lacked instructions. Breakfast attendant not helpful. No water in any of the water coolers.

If you want a basic hotel cheap with no thrills this will do. If bringing your family than I wouldn’t stay here. It needs seriously updated trim in bathroom was missing, caulking around shower had dripped. The so called breakfast was very minimal and I caught syrup expired back in Nov 2020. I had to tell front desk coffee creamer pumps didn’t work, syrup was empty. Cereal was refilled with prior lucky charms still left in container. I asked if they had a gym and they replied No. staff was very pleasant but you get what you pay for at this hotel!

Great Service for a poor building”
We arrived around 7 pm. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and extremely accommodating. The rooms however, were a wreck. The bathroom has half eaten, rotten strawberries on the floor, the bathroom sinks piping wasn't even connected to anytime you used the sink, it landed on the floor. Wasps INSIDE the screen so we couldn't open our windows. Despite the horrible room, the service was impeccable. Hard to recommend but I definitely don't condemn.

Bathroom was an issue; had mold growth in bathroom ceiling. Also dead roach found in bathroom.”

The staff was horrible, We would told by the employee upon checking in that breakfast was to be served at 600 well when we approached the breakfast at 615 the employee ther starged talking in spanish to another employee and came over to us and told us that the breakfast didnt start until 630 i said ik to her and told her what the other employee said to me about being open at 600 she told me that the girl didnt know what she was talking about, by then there were other customers the to eat, and she didnt say anything to them but good morning., but she continued to talk around us with the other employee in spanish about us. I was embarassed, i will never stay at that location again

Filthy, Unsafe Room”
Upon arrival at 12:30 am, the desk was unmanned. The lobby was deserted, aside from the homeless man snoring loudly from a chair in the corner, and a strung-out woman with a white pitbull wandering the hallway in search of a pizza coupon. When an employee finally showed up, I was given a filthy room that stank of some automotive fluid. I could not be in the room with that smell. I was "upgraded" to a jacuzzi suite. The state of this room was appalling. Filthy, sticky, stained carpets, dirty sofa, and semen/blood-stained sheets. One pillowcase had a boot print on it. The door did not lock properly, curtains would not close. I paper clipped them shut so the entire parking lit couldn't see in. The parking lot lights shone in like the sun all night long. The highway noise was horrible. I did not feel safe in this hotel. The entry/exit door to the parking lot at the end of one hall was freely accessible without a key card. Anyone could come in from outside. Desk clerk did not care. I was told that since I booked online, no refund or changes to my reservation could be made, and I was stuck for the three days I had booked. I will never stay at another Wyndham property again.

4 days after check out, they are still holding an extra 3 nights stay hostage in my bank account. Called and was told this is “standard” practice.
