Lights at the pool were off and 1 towel available. They failed to keep the buffet stocked. No staff available at check out.

The hotel is not maintained or cleaned accordingly. The breakfast is not served due to cov but the money is not reduced because the cov. The facility is nice but not kept up for the price.

Bad experience ”

Reserved and paid for a suite, was given a standard room. The young woman at the front desk shrugged when I showed her my reservation for a suite. We ended up having to pay double and get 2 rooms for our family. No beverages in any vending machine, and drinking fountains were disabled. No beverages at breakfast even. Unpleasant stay. Plus its nearly on top of a strip club.
