An amazing surprise”
When first booking this hotel I did not realize how amazing the location was. The lobby (where we had breakfast, read, etc.) is beyond stunning with huge glass vistas to the beach, and so are the views from the small but cozy room we stayed at. The hotel is extremely clean and the "rustic" feeling is actually a thing! Super pleased with it. Whenever going back to Tofino, we will likely check with it first.

Amazing view and experience!”
This has been one of my favorite hotel experiences over the past few years (though hotel is not the right term for Middle Beach Lodge). The ocean side view from our room was absolutely beautiful and nothing compares to falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. We stayed in late October, but the weather was really nice and walking along the beach was wonderful. The room is on the smaller side but it's very comfortable and the lodge at the check-in area is full of comfy chairs, couches, tables, and a fire place. The bed very so comfortable and the breakfast was really nice (no hot food like bacon/eggs/sausage, but there was lots of fruit, delicious muffins and cinnamon buns, hard boiled eggs, toast, yogurt and more). Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate was available throughout the day and into the evening. Complimentary fresh-baked cookies were provided every night at 8:00 PM. I was pleasantly surprised at the experience for the cost tag attached. I would highly recommend staying here!

A lot of charm but a bit dated”
The lodge is in a great location and the natural surroundings are by far their greatest asset. However, the lodge feels a bit dated and the room are tiny with just one small chair and no other place to sit (apart from outdoors for some rooms depending on time of year)

I give this place mixed reviews. Some of the staff were terrible, while others were outstanding. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a restaurant although they did serve a buffet continental breakfast.

Tolle Unterkunft in wunderschöner Gegend. Sehr ruhig und entspannend mit tollem Ausblick vom Zimmer als auch im Haupthaus. Sehr gemütliche Abende am Feuer mit tollen weiteren Gästen. Sehr entspannt und wunsderschön gelegen mitten im Regenwald. Kleine Hikes direkt ab dem Hotel möglich. Toller Blick aufs Meer. Jederzeit wieder.
