Poor experience
The hotel is cheap and affordable but service is poor. The water kettle in my room was dirty. Several times I called room service for replacement but received no response. Then I called front desk, again there was no response. POOR SERVICE.

Poor service this time.
Unbelievable. Tea/coffee set without kettle, hair dryer not functioning, bath soap was so small.

Awful stay
Staff were not attentive, made me wait 20 mins for tea bags to be bought to my room in morning. Smelly rooms. Cockroaches, dust, in the rooms, bath tubs dirty. Staff not helpful at all.
