"This is a solid 4 star hotel. It has a very chic lobby and feel, but it feels dated. My room was really dark - due to decorating decisions. That is not really my style. I like to see what I'm doing. Fixtures were quite old. Our sliding bathroom door did not close all the way,. The bed was absolutely comfortable, as you would expect from a W hotel. However, I do think this hotel could use some upgrades. We got breakfast included. It was mediocre. We skipped breakfast the second day and found a nice diner. "
