Our 3 days 2 nights stay was a comfortable one. Unit was clean, comes with good arrangement of beds (2 larger rooms each with 2 queen size bed. 1 smaller room with 1 queen size bed). comes with culteries and water dispencers. Location wise, very short walking distance to food heaven.

Location wise -is like centre of town which is good Cleanliness- all good except theres this smell coming from bathroom..the sink hole i guess..the smell still coming from the bathroom even tough u already close the door..master bedroom bathroom got stain on the wall.. Facilities- u must wear proper attire for swimming pool..if not guard wont let u swim

Loved Ipoh and the majestic is in a great location and has a wonderful pool...however the apartment needs a good clean and maybe a change of bedding as it was all faded and stained. However it was clean The information stated the kitchen was available for light cooking but with a complete lack of utensils and 1 rusty stained saucepan even cooking the lightest meal was not possible.. both bathroom doors had blown so were unable to close properly due to the water from the showers. The sealant around the basins was very mouldy. The apartment was large and good value for money but it could be so much better with some TLC...

Broke water heater, rude and impolite security guard. Dirty bathroom, definitely not recommended for staying.

Very bad and worst home stay ever!”
First, cleanliness definitely a key concerns in overall. Floor is sticky and we will need to mop the floor again by ourselves. The sofa skin is spoiled and not properly cleaned. Oil stain is left on the sofa. Believe the itchiness on our body after wake up in the morning should due to the bedsheets cleanliness. Secondly, the house paint is run down, water heater is spoil, the water spray header is totally cannot use due to spoil water hose. In overall, the equipments provided are old and spoiled. In overall, great disappointment and will never book again. Strongly advice next traveler to think twice before placing t booking with this property. Finally, hoping that reviewers will provide honest review with actual property condition. Our reviews is really useful for the next traveler.

The house was nice and comfortable. located near to city centre. The house is 2 rooms with 2 toilet. just the common toilet have a bot unpleasant smell but thr remaining was ok. Hi speed internet provided and very convenient during check in
