Comfortable but a bit basic. ”
Comfortable, easy to find and in a good, accessible location. Cons- No TV in room, decoration is a bit old and scruffy and breakfast isn't an option.

Not 4 star”
Mouldy bathroom. Narrow difficult stairs. Small room and small bed. Bed was some weird sofa arrangement that made it impossible for 2nd person. Bathroom was so mouldy had to keep door shut and windows open to avoid smell. Lack of privacy to rooms due to inadequate curtain on door. No safe. Overpriced. Save your money and go somewhere else.

A lot of Rough with your Luxe”
Good location, nice staff, and toiletries
However, there is a very over-priced hotel at the heart of this and this is the main issue. I believe it is called Hong Kong syndrome... something is good so they raise the prices, well, at that price it no longer seems good. Keep this under £100 a night and maybe... but the price I paid felt wrong on several levels. Including hauling my luggage up all those stairs.

There is no way this is a 4 star hotel”
Location
No lift and very narrow stairs. Not suitable for those who have luggage (which is most people using the hotel). Only given 1 key for two people, the hotel front door is locked and there’s no one on reception after 6-00 pm or before 8-00 am. This is simply impractical. No breakfast, no restaurant The TV in the bedroom is the old CRT type and doesn’t work at all Unable to provide simple business services such as printing a colour document Security within the hotel is inadequate. This is a nice 1 or 2 star hotel. There’s no way is can be classified as a 4 star hotel. This was a “special” deal on the booking website and so we couldn’t see the hotel details, just that it was 4 star. We were shocked when we got to the hotel. It must contravene the trades description act or similar.

Great location, Great services, Great interior
The staffs here are very helpful. The hotel has no elevator. If you have lots of luggage, this hotel may not the good choice.

Teeny tiny ”
Location,location, location
The Hotel is in a great location, easy to find and accessible for major transport. The décor is original and quirky. However, our bedroom was just too small for two people to function in. We had a separate bathroom which was great, clean, spacious, well appointed, great shower and bathing products. But the bedroom, the bed/day bed was pushed against the wall leaving a space about 1 metre wide to move about. The only hanging space for clothes was above the shelf that held the kettle and tea and coffee "facilities". If one person needed to move, the other had to climb on the bed. The room might ok for 1 person staying 1 night with very little luggage.
