No Complaint At All”
Everything is above expected with such pricing in Chow Kit area. Near to Medan Tuanku monorail station, free on site private parking, the room is big and clean! However the name of the hotel has changed to "THE HERITAGE HOTEL", please take note.

Great hotel but...”
Great hotel but they need to keep smokers outside. Cigarette smoke stinks out the joint. Looks great but smells like a throwback to the 1950's ! I am guessing hotel tax pays for cancer treatment for Malaysians who still think smoking is cool 😑

Great Stay ”
A great stay at this boutique hotel. 7 mins walk to the Monorail and there is a shopping center nearby. Near to the famous breakfast eating place. Love the overall and interior design. Nothing to complain for the price i paid. The staffs are friendly. The room was refreshed everyday, bed was made, towels changed, water replenished and was given a free mask upon checked in.

Very nice ambience， comfortable, spacious, convenient, friendly staff. Overall is very good experience to this hotel, will pay for another visit soon but prefer to stay higher floor as the water flash system is damn noisy. Wake me up every single time upstairs flash water.

You definitely want a room with a window”
I really love the area. Definitely could be a home in KL, although if I ever come back, I would definitely want a room with window. I think it's the catch in a contemporary design - there is always small details that ended up as 'wrongly designed' - in my case, i found it a bit disturbing that i am in a windowless unit without any ventilation whatsoever, with the in-room toilet & shower that has no exhaust fan to the air out. So if there were 2 people inside - one is showering one is doing his morning business, i cant imagine how is the air inside this room going to feel like. Another catch that i find a bit weird is that theres no minibar & safe box. Luckily for me, the area is just perfect & makes up the flaws. I see myself checking in again but for sure i will want a room with window.

If your looking for a place to stay for a holiday and felt international brands are overrated, consider this hotel. Very clean room with location being current to bkt bintang area and any areas in greater KL.

Good location and nice boutique hotel”
The location is good for locals or travellers with own transport. There is one convenient store and famous restaurant opposite the hotel. For the hotel itself, cleanliness can be improved as some stains found on the pillow. While the aircon was not working fine during our stay. Other things are okay.

Hostel room that is unlike hotel room”
The room looked unique and I'm bored with the usual hotel room. It is shown that the room is only 15 sqm but the room was quite spacious because there were not many big furniture and the ceiling is quite high. There was no cupboard or fridge, so it's not suitable for long stay. They give bathrobe, hair dryer and iron if you ask for it. I stayed for 5 nights and turns out they just cleaned the room on my 1st and 4th night, and didn't refill the bottle water. Maybe they will if you ask. It is just few minutes walk from Dang Wangi station, mynews and cafe with delicious sandwich in front of it . One of the bar in front of it always had karaoke events every night, not too loud from inside the room but you can still hear it. You can hear sound of shower door closed and opened from the next room and feel the vibration on the bed from them or something that happened outside, probably construction of the building near it. Worth the cheap price including freshly cooked breakfast.

I have stayed here several times and my stay had always been pleasant. The rooms and deco are acceptable( except for the plastic flowers) room are simple and functional.showers are always working. The front office always try to charge me a tourist tax. From my passport,they should know of my nationality but they never fail to try.

things are changing”
stayed at MIL few X. mostly great. my stay last night was ok but noticed a new management had taken over and the name will be changed to the heritage hotel from 01 april. The style and original deco of the place had been altered for no good reasons and it now rather "tacky" with cheap lanterns , and chinese red packets pasted on the walls. type of client had also become very noisy. Highlighted a few things that needed immediate attention in my room to the staff. Noticed 02 piggy soft toys on the lobby chairs while majority of the staff are muslims does not reflect a friendly gesture to muslims and non- muslim guests.
