One of the best hotels I have ever been!”
The location of the hotel is wonderful!!! It’s just at the center of Nuwara-Eliya! It’s only 1-minute walk to the supermarket, and only 5-minute walk to the Post office! But the best thing of this hotel is the service. They offer afternoon tea with delicious dessert which is free of charge !!! The staff was so friendly and helpful, it seemed that they could offer anything that we needed!!! For instance, we had to leave at 5 a.m. to go to the Horton Plains National Park, they even prepared take-away breakfast for us!!! We were extremely surprised and moved by that, since the staff had to get up so early in the to make breakfast for us!!! Also,the room was clean and spacious! !! In a word, if you go to Nuwara-Eliya, there’s no doubt that this hotel is the best choice!!!

I totaly recomment this hotel, walking distance to bus station, next to market and supermarket, restaurants next to the hotel, you also have banks close, everything is walking distance, but the best thing was the staff working there, doing everything to make you feel good.

I payed for a standard double room with a city view room and got a budget room for my 2 nights stay without a view.. this was unfair for the money I had payed. I think you should a get me small percentage refund of the inconvenience caused to me. I was fooled by the picture of the room from ur booking. And also most of the facilities wasn’t provided. The hotels staff was really superb.

Location good, but over priced ”
Pro: Right in the Centre of town so near restaurants and the bus station. We recommend a great place for curry (Thaj). Big room, welcome tea and biscuits. Con: single glazed window so lots of noise from the main road. Phone at the 24 hour reception rang 10 times at midnight with no to answer it, waking us up. Breakfast is at their restaurant which you get walked to. Only Sri Lanka breakfast offered curry and roti etc. We feel it was over priced for what you get and they tried to charge extra on check out which we refused to pay.

Slightly strange”
The lovation is great, in the centre of town. The room was large, but poorly maintained and very cold with no heating. The hotel temperature seems to be consistently several degrees below the temperature outside! We were offered (and accepted) an extra blanket, but it was still rather chilly. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast, and our door was banged on at this time to let us know it was ready - we hadn't realised it was quite such a commitment! The breakfast on the first day was great - sandwiches and fruit in the function room upstairs. On the second day we were escorted to the hotel restaurant around the corner where the staff weren't very pleased to see us and gave us bread and jam - the Sri Lankan breakfast everyone else was eating looked a lot more appealing! On both days breakfast was given with no choices, so if you have any dietary requirements, make sure you let them know the day before.

L'hôtel est complètement délabré !! - ça pue ! - la chambre très sale aureole sur les couvertures, salle de bains insalubre pas d'eau chaude ( on a pas pris de douche!!!!! ) - les lits n'en parlons même pas - dans la nuit combat de chien et à 6h la circulation démarre impossible de dormir - on a entendu des bruits venant du faux plafond.....genre rongeur !?! En gros beaucoup trop cher il faudrait même nous payer pour y dormir !! Bref à fuire !!!!!

Das Milano Inn liegt im Stadtzentrum und so kommt man überall sehr schnell hin. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Allerdings würde ich mir wünschen, wenn man vier Nächte dort bleibt, dass die Zimmer auch zwischendurch mal gereinigt werden. Für Gäste die es rundherum ruhiger mögen ist das Hotel allerdings nicht geeignet.

优点：就在镇子上，位置不偏，买食物买药都方便，而且离粉红邮局非常近，五分钟绝对能到。员工服务态度挺不错，我晚上八点多到的酒店，酒店说今晚就等我一个了。虽然前台时常没人，但是最后也没有让我等很久，而且我当晚去找了他们好几次，每次他们都很积极地帮忙解决了问题。提供司机房。入住后有员工给我们送来奶茶跟饼干。第二天我跟母亲早起去火车站，酒店还把早餐送到我房间了。总而言之，这是我在兰卡待过的服务比较及时跟到位的酒店。 缺点：酒店位置在努沃勒埃利耶，是兰卡的山区地带，晚上气温就十几度，很冷，但是房间没有空调，没有风扇，还特别特别湿（真的很湿很冷！），如果是怕湿冷或者是身体比较虚弱的，不建议来住。卫生间洗漱台没有热水，有热水器但是水流小也不够热。房间也没有烧水壶，但可以让酒店提供一个。 我是在Agoda上订的酒店，但是退房的时候酒店说他们只收到了booking上的订单，价格比Agoda的多了六块多美金。这多出来的房费包括了服务费税费。后来我发邮件给Agoda反映问题，Agoda很快就给我补了差价。
