Cheap budget”
Kundasang area if you able to get rm150/night, I’m lucky! Rm100/night for me and my friend is so worth it. Housekeeping on time. Parking available. Breakfast minimalist but delicious. Water heater functioning but you alter yourself the temp. It can be cold in Nov-Feb, so always prepare your sweater even though they provide comforter. Got shampoo, kettle, thermos, glass for usage.

Good Place for Family Outings ”
I booked the bungalow and it was a good decision. The view from the room was superb. We had the view of the mountain and it was fantastic. The unit come with BBQ Pit and complete kitchen utensils. The unit has 2 toilets and the water heater works ok. We will for sure will book the same unit when we have another family outings.

Mountain View was Great ”
This is my 4th time to stay at Mile 36. Is a great stay for me every time travel to Kundasang. Also was my 1st choice,u can see the mountain in the morning,staff was helpful and great, locations was near to the Kinabalu national park.

View from our room was spectacular! The room is clean. The only complain we had was, our neighbour were loud and there is not a lot of food variety for breakfast

Best hotel for price & location”
Room was hobbit sized (head was a hand away from the ceiling) but clean and tidy. Plenty of electricity sockets. Bedding, bathroom etc was clean, kettle provided. Hot shower available, but takes a few minutes to heat up and can run out faster than expected. No wifi in room, poor phone reception. The floor is cement throughout... wear thick socks! The bathroom floor is also cement - slippers are provided. Toilet has no bidet - classic style here. To those driving here, be warned that coming up/down from the main road to the hotel rooms can be tricky (one lane cement road) & parking can be difficult. Didn't try food here though.

The place is near the main road. There are place for you to park your car. Breakfast is included. Overall it is a quiet, comfortable stay for me. Thank you. Water heater works perfectly fine in a place that is cold like Kundasang :)

Nice place for a couple of nights”
I can recommend the mile 36 lodge. We felt welcome here and have had a great time. You can walk to the national park (it’s around 15 minutes). The food is good, the breakfast easy. The rooms are nice with own bath room.

Worthy!”
This was my second time here at Mile 36 Lodge, again booked room 20. It's like a tiny house, so cute! Staffs were friendly, the room was cozy, the bedsheets, blankets, pillows, towels were all clean! Hot shower was provided too. Surrounded by beautiful nature, you can enjoy the beautiful green forest, singing birds and of course the majestic Mount Kinabalu as well! Totally recommended! Keep up the good work!

We stayed in Double Deluxe Mountain View for 2 nights. The room was great but the ceiling was leaking and the rain got into our room so we had to put pail under the leakage. The water heater wasn't hot so cold water for 2 nights. Lol. For breakfast, it was 'first come, first serve' basis. You lambat then no more food.

Great stay for big family”
We stayed for 3 nights and chose to stay here because the place is strategically located to the Kinabalu Park. Since we were a huge group of people, the house that we were given was huge and able to accommodate all of us. The view was also magnificent because of the place was quite close to the mountain too.
