Exceptional value and service!”
This review is based on my personal experience of staying here from December 1st to December 10th, 2021. As a solo travel for business and leisure, I booked a Superior Room with a king size bed located on the first floor and windows facing the back side of the hotel. View was not important for me so that was fine. The room smelled fresh and clean; both bathtub and shower stall had toiletries, and other items like shaving kit, sewing kit, sanitary kit, shoe shine, etc. were provided. Coffee, creamer (not milk), tea, sugar (white, brown and sweetener), tea bags and coffee pot were located conveniently with a water tumbler and 4 bottles of mineral water that were replenished daily. Other items included a bathrobe, mini-fridge (empty), iron, hair-dryer, hangers, all as mentioned online. Room service items were provided in a separate menu. Right from the front desk employees, the concierge, the porter, the restaurant host, waitress and other employees, including housekeeping, all were exceptionally accommodating and super nice during my stay. The pool and gym facilities were amazing. I had booked a room inclusive of the free buffet breakfast from the Louma restaurant on the Ground Floor. The menu items were quite varied from Arabic, Indian, American, British and even limited continental items. Pork sausage and bacon were provided in a separate section for non-Muslims and a "live" omelet kitchen provided freshly cooked . Wait staff Amzad was extremely friendly and offered to take photos without asking. The hostess Raquel was equally attentive to all needs of customers including lending a helping hand when the wait staff were overloaded. Others that deserved equal mention included Smita and Maya. The "off" button for the air conditioning in my room was non functional the first night. Maintenance team showed up promptly the next day to fix the issue satisfactorily. Good hotel with a Strategic Location”
The hotel is conveniently located near DXB and offers free shuttle service as well as on site free parking. The reception is open 24 hours a day which makes late check ins possible and convenient. We arrived at 2am and were helped with our luggage and valet parking. Our room was spacious and clean. Moreover the pool is lovely and there is a children's playground as well. Finally, the breakfast was great with lots of choices including gluten free options and bread.

Great option for solo or family travelers, who are on transit or short stay in Dubai. Great Swimming Pool area. Airport shuttle service runs every 40min. Only thing which canbe improved is "breakfast". It's Ok (~3Star) but canbe improved alot.

I love going to the Millennium Airport Hotel. Its close proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service is a huge bonus! The staff have always been friendly and efficient, the amenities, especially the pool, allow for relaxation and swimming. Jones’ Social has great coffee and a good menu, and the surrounding restaurants provide for an enjoyable eating and drinking experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great choice for early airport transfer.”
I chose the Millennium for its airport proximity. Their free shuttle service at 5AM got me to Terminal 3 in fewer than ten minutes. The hotel was clean and the reception staff helped me print a recently received negative Covid report that I needed to fly. A great choice. I would use them again for an early flight.

The hotel provides free shuttle from airport to hotel and also to Deira City Centre Mall and there’s also a metro there. The frontdesk lady who served me, really helped me to get my room earlier than check in time. The concierge guys are very helpful. Check out is fast and smooth.

I got checked-in a bit earlier - tells me hotel is in high demand. 7 minute ride from airport in low traffic - I got the free airport shuttle both ways. Can walk to the metro - fast and economical - Deira city centre is the next stop. Had a king bed - very comfy. A/C worked very well, shower was great. Beautiful swimming pool. Literally walked to my rt-pcr test. A shout-out to the reception (thanks Ceon) and floor staff, very gracious people! Thanks to them also for helping to make this a memorable experience.

I went to Dubai for 15 days and stayed in 4 hotels in total. By experience, I did not wanted to book my entire stay in one hotel because it may not be as expected. I stayed in City Seasons tower (extremely small rooms), Carlton Palace (with kids they put us in a smoking room and after several request they finally moved us to a non-smoking room), Park Inn ( ok but bathrooms with mold) and finally after getting a cancellation without reason from Al Seef heritage hotel, I booked this last minute. This was the nicest of all, large rooms, very clean carpet, good TV channels, bathroom was large and very clean. This room was perfect for a family, my kids had room to run around! Free shuttles to the airport every 40 minutes! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

This hotel deserves to be 5 star”
It was a very pleasant stay we had in this hotel. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, quick to provide service. The room was spacious and clean. It also has a smart TV although I brought my own chrome box (which they also helped us in attaching to the TV. The pool was great, my kids enjoyed it, there's the kiddie pool which is about 4 feet and the bigger pool for adults. The food was also superb. Although it isn't a buffet, it's a set menu. But they were extremely generous on giving extra for my kids which they didn't charge for. The nearest metro station is GGICO, maybe 10 minutes walk. Not sure if there iare any grocery store nearby so just bring some snack with you before you arrive especially if you have children. I ended up just ordering pizza etc everytime they feel like eating.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. I have stayed here 3 times as this hotel has everything I want and need for a long layover - a clean room, comfy bed, blackout curtains, hot shower, room service, super close to the airport with free shuttle service, and even a pool! The place are awesome to have a family staycation. The front office Manager Enrico is a very nice guy and so with the front office staff Mammoud which I can rate for 10 stars :). Such an underrated hotel,for the price you pay it is gorgeous, the pool is so big and chilled with some lovely bars and restaurants in the large hotel. Even though I arrived at 4am the staff were still so friendly and helpful, it's a perfect location for the airport also with T1 and T3 being only a 5 min drive literally, its so recommended from me.

Quick family getaway!”
Stayed here for a night with my friends, family and kids over the weekend and we really had fun! The room is spacious, the pool is big so it doesn’t get crowded. I really love that they have a big lawn where you can relax under the trees or have a snack while watching the kids having fun in the playground. And the price is very reasonable with breakfast included!!! We will definitely come back here!

Value for Money Airport Hotel”
I managed to get a good rate for a 3 bedder, and my parents were delighted with the room. No regrets here. Check in was fast, staff helpful and the housekeeping staff even better. Our requests for extra mineral water bottles and a prayer mat were fulfilled quickly and with a smile. My concerns about airport shuttle frequency and early morning checkout were quickly answered by the reception staff. The only letdown was when the airport shuttle bus driver refused to help bring down our 3 suitcases and 3 trolley bags from the shuttle bus, saying he is not supposed to help guests with this. My mother thinks he was expecting to be tipped, but because I was transiting less than 10 hours, I hadn't carried much dirhams in change with me. So I simply brought them down myself. First time I encountered a downright refusal of service at any hotel, and definitely a mark on the 5 star service I received otherwise. Tip: You'll need to walk all the way to the end of arrival level of Terminal 1, to get to the area where the various shuttle buses arrive. It is not specifically marked out but it's near the public buses stand and the frequency is 40mins for this hotel.

A great airport location”
The location by the airport is ideal for a long layover or early flight. The pool is huge and gets sun all day long. Food and drinks at the pool bar are reasonably-priced for Dubai. Breakfast was adequate, although I am not sure I would have paid for it if it did not come with my package. The Club Rooms are HUGE! The bathtub is a borderline personal pool. Note that the Club Lounge itself is closed at the moment. Having a choice of restaurants was helpful, I would skip Jones social...they try and tempt you with deals, but their drink selection is so specific I couldn't find one single drink to have...and they don't make anything else other than those drinks! Unbelievable. Indra took very good care of me at the front desk.
