Great place but poor room service”
My friends and I really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed for a night in a one bedroom suite and it was very cozy and nice. We enjoyed the view and the pool as well. The only drawback about this place was the amenities in the room were incomplete. There were no towels, shampoo, soaps, coffee creamers and hair dryer in our room and we were a group of three. But will definitely recommend this place and will come and stay here again.

Disappointing stay this time”
Having stayed at this Hotel many times and received excellent service, I don't know if it was timing just after NY or CoVid, but the service fell off a cliff. Had to ask for room to be cleaned, was left without any towels more than once and calls to reception didn't produce any either. This on top of significant increase in daily room rate. Haven't stayed again since.

Average hotel apartment for the value I paid”
It was not a great experience as I expected Late check-in, it took us three hours waiting and then he told me to wait for more cuz of one apartment was not ready, then they gave me one to use until I the other one become ready. My arrival was at 1pm yet waited until 4pm. Cleanliness was not to a minimum standards; yet calling reception was another nightmare to get to someone to answer your call. I think for the value they are charging they should improve heavily on the make up of the units and cleanliness

This horrifying experience started at check in when the receptionist was so lost trying to find my reservation even though I had all my booking information ready. I got a suite, it’s furnished from IKEA but with no taste. They have the ugliest wallpaper I have ever seen in my life. The only way to live with it was to turn off the lights. Room service is delivered to you in a plastic box, so is the ice. Bring your own conditioner because they only provide the 2 in 1 soul damaging products. However, the room come with nice amenities such as a fire extinguisher right in your face and a cheap coffee machine that does not work. Please don’t come here if you’re expecting 5 stars service.
