Worst hotel I've ever stayed in London”
We stayed on May 4-9, 2017, and we really disappointed. 1. When we arrived, your staff named DARREN didn't give a warm welcome. And our room hadn't ready yet. When I asked what time our room would be ready, Darren answered "I don't know" without seeing our eyes. Please keep in mind that it was 11pm and he said our room wasn't ready? 2. After waiting for 2-freaking-hours, finally we got our room. But the same staff, Darren, really treated us poorly. Can you imagine that Darren asked me to carry his message to the hotel staff at the concierge. And that message wasn't related to us. WE ARE GUESTS, not your staff. AND WE COULDN'T ACCEPT HIS TREATMENT TO US. 3. I asked for your manager, and long story short, all problems are solved. But what made me really mad, Darren DID NOT WANT TO APOLOGISE for what he's done at first. Your staff treated us like that and he didn't want to apologise? WE PAID FOR THE ROOM AND THAT'S WHAT WE GOT? I DIDN'T RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY HERE, AT ALL.

Resonable price and convenient location”
Situated next to Gloucester Road Tube station its conveniently located. Breakfast is a riot if they are busy and you can queue for more than 30 mins to get in. Stay room only and go to one of the many cafes near by. Cheaper and quicker.

decent place”
i like the location because it is near to where i do work. nice hotel overall. the service is good but the rooms are getting old, toliet is decent size for london but i had insects crawling in them. bed is ok but suspect of bed bugs as i got rashes the next few days... happened only this time. last few stays were ok. still like the place but only because of the location for me.

Great hotel in excellent location ”
Nice hotel in a good neighbourhood...location is perfect nx to picadilly line with pubs, restaurants and waitrose supermarket. It is an old hotel and rooms are spacious and please do not compare to the new hotels in asia which all the amenities. Good place to stay for holidays and highly recommended..

Excellent location”
Location is everything. Along Piccadilly Line and nearby to Natural History and Victoria and Albert. Also walkable to Kensington High Str and Harrods. But interior is a bit aged. I have been visiting for a few years and hardly any facelift in the said period. Selection of food at Club Lounge can be improved too.
