For one night to catch a flight it is perfect ”
Literally 10 min wall to the terminal. For the price, it is perfect for the purpose of catching a flight early or one night after a late arrival. 5 min walk to the car rental centre too. Friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Beds were a little soft but hey, no big deal for one night.

This is probably a 3 star hotel based on american standards. But for the price you can't beat it. Very convenient to catch a bus into Naples and only a 10 minute walk to the airport.

Don't expect a have a drink of water in your room”
The staff need some etiquette lessons. I simply asked for a small cup to have a drink in my room (no cup in the bedroom) I was sent to the bar, the guy at the bar informed me I couldn't have a cup unless I purchased a drink from the bar. I was utterly bemused and said "it's a hotel and I can't have a cup to take a drink of water in my room?" The man in the bar then offered me a plastic cup before pushing a cup in my direction and saying "Goodbye" in a rude manner. Frankly i don't need the attitude and i'd say to the hotel staff if you don't like dealing with the general public go get a different job. Rude staff. Manners cost absolutely nothing. The breakfast was good and had lots of choice. The hotel is okay if you are doing a stop over before a flight. Just pack your own cup and avoid the rude staff who don't have any people skills.

Beware difficult to cancel”
I tried to cancel hotel because of Covid restrictions on travel but they charged my card anyway. The location is convenient but if you are going to book be sure that you will be able to travel.

Feels like a prison cell ”
Rooms feel like a prison cell. No Windows. Bathrooms super old - shower doors and faucet rickety . Noisy throughout the night. Bed felt like a spring mattress that was 30 years overdue for replacement

Absolutely HORRIBLE”
This hotel is no more than a hostel with a bar…no bar tender but it does have a bar. Our rooms were filthy. It was close to the Naples airport, but I cannot stress how much this hotel needs an upgrade! My bathroom did not even have a shower curtain and our travel partners ro had mold in the shower and the door was hanging askew! Do NOT choose this hotel.

Worst hotel ever!!!!!!!”
The hotel have a big window in the ceiling which the curtain do not closed so its very bright in the morning and we woke up telling the reception that the curtain button do not work the reception didn’t even come to check and said she know that it didn’t work she does need to check. she tell us to wait for her colleague to arrive to work and go on the roof to put a blanket over it. We waited for one hour and the maid came to work then put blanket over it which is still bright so we have to wait for another hour for her to find a thicker blanket to put over the first one. The new receptionist arrived in the morning and said the same thing she know the curtain button do not work. So i ask them why do you rent out a room to customer if you know that the room is broken and curtain do not closed? She didn’t reply. The first reception of the night shrift was very rude. The water flow very slow and the water is not hot at all!!! I inform the receptionist about it too. She said this is the warmest it can be. Which is not even warm. We use cold shower which take very long to finish our shower cause the water came out very little. We checked in at midnight and woke up at 6:00am by the bright light wait for the maid to cover it up which takes2 hours So we went back to sleep and then have to wake up at 10:30 for breakfast and check out at 11:00 so we spend very little time here yet it is the most disastrous hotel we ever stay in. The room is very old and not like the picture at all the area is very bad and unsafe.

Smelly room, with mosquitoes and mosquito blood on walks. Very noisy as if you are sleeping in the street. A dysfunctional ceiling window that doesn’t close.

This hotel flatly refused to refund payment for overseas travellers that were unable to get to this hotel due to close down of Italy because of COVID 19. I would have expected such a large international company would have valued their brand more than the mighty dollar. Atrocious please black list them

On arrival we were told you had said our arrival time was after midnight and therefore we did not have a room, I explained we booked for 22nd not 23rd which it would of been if we required the room after midnight. The man on reception stated you had rang and told them this?. He did say he would put us up in another hotel to which I refused, he was very understanding and found us a room. Room was comfortable and very clean. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant resonably priced. Hotel just a 10 minute walk from Naples airport.

I stayed again for my flight back home. Read my review from March 24th. Again, the staff was just amazing. On the return, I drove to the hotel, dropped the luggage and drove to the auto rental return. Easy walk back to the hotel. And wrap up this whole experience with an awesome price tag. Great Deal!!

Fabulous airport hotel”
1. Easy 12 min walk from airport, or take the free rent a car shuttle half way there. But you have to wait for the shuttle, so I just walked. Or take a cab around 15 euro. Always ask the cost before you get into a cab. 2. Wonderful staff meets you in the lobby and helps with ANY questions you might have. They spent lots of time helping me with the Italian sim card for the phone. 3. English spoken by most of the staff. 4. Clean! 5. Wifi 6. Wonderful restaurant. The food is excellent also Includes a free breakfast. 7. Auto rental is at the periphery of the airport property. So its easy to walk to the rental the next morning to get your car.... after a good nights sleep 8. You can walk back to the airport and get the alibus to the city: 4 euro which will also get you on the metro , Good for 1.5 hours. 9. The staff is VERY generous with their time to service your questions or concerns. 10. It's a nice way to enter into the Italian experience. After a long flight it's an easy transfer to the hotel, greeted by warm people , relax with a great dinner, then a good night's sleep, ready to pick up your car the next morning or take the airport alibus into the city.
