My sister and I have an enjoyable stay for a week at the hotel. The concierge staff were very nice and helpful. Special thanks to May the breakfast staff that serve us with smile and kindness from day one. Even when we were not sitting at her station, she will spare her time to greet us and make sure everything was okay.

As a long term IHG customer I know what to expect and Crowne Plaza Dubai was great. We book with little notice but still team made sure the following day we got our room preferences. Rooms great size, clean and well maintained property. Only down side vehicles parked outside and can take a Breakfast given holiday season is busy so be prepared for a short queue but managed very efficiently.

They are requested 100% payment in first day for whole period of stay. We were busy and we did not pay in first day and the blocked the keys. This was first time in my life. We stayed in Dubai 20 times and this approach was first time in our practice. Location is fantastic.

we arrived at the hotel midnight . the checkin got over in 5 minutes due to the excellent staff there. the breakfast spread was very good with good number of indian cuisine included. the room was very clean and large. the bath room was also great. overall wonderfull stay.

Very humble, courteous and gentle staff. Each and every staf right from the reception to the room service to the manager, each and everyone are soft spoken, very courteous and gentle. They care for their guest and greet us with genuine humbleness. The manager Trishna Rai is so compassionate and benevolent. Rooms are spacious hygienic and clean. No noise disturbance. Bathroom are state of art with clean bath tub and modern showers. Located in the heart of city on Sheikh Zayed Road. It is one of the most prominent landmark in Dubai.

I’d just like to say kudos to everyone. From check in to check out, I was very pleased with how friendly the staff are. Don’t mind the other matters, I’m recommending this hotel for its employees. Exceptional service especially the sweet ladies from the reception. The one who personally assisted me was Asmita but not sure if I remember her name correctly. I went hotel hopping for a week and Crowne Plaze was my third and last stop. Never left any reviews with the other hotels but this hotel deserves one.
