Clean rooms, good location ”
We stayed for 6 days and we really enjoyed our stay, the first impression of the room was amazing, the room had a view to the Future Museum. The room was super clean and it had a nice scent, We found a note on the Bed from Housekeeping saying that Evans had Prepared our room, During the whole stay Evans could come and replenish our amenities as well as clean the room for us. We enjoyed the Big rooftop pool which had a good view and pleasant temperature. On our check out, we were assisted by Joyner who confirmed from us if we enjoyed our stay and sent someone to bring our bags down. We'll definitely come back and Also recommend this property to our friends and family. The best thing is That it's situated just in front of the Emirates towers Metro Station.

One of the Best Places to stay in Dubai”
I would say this is best to stay in all the senses. I will start with location. It is next to the metro station, so close that one hotel exit just opens next to metro station entry. So if you want to commute via metro u should book this. Then comes the food, the hotel serves all variety of food. And if you crave for good Indian food the restaurant (Copper chimney) inside the hotel serves authentic indian food. Then its well in the center of the city so you dont have to travel much for all popular locations. Be it Burj, Frame, La Mer beach etc. Beat part Museum of future is just a walking distance from here. Overall i would recommend this to everyone coming to Dubai. Tip: Try for a high floor room and u can enjoy the views of the city too.

Excellent to the Core”
We stayed here for 5N 6D . 3A and 1Kid . The place is just 20min away from airport via taxi. The Hotel is located in the best Place in Dubai with every single facility you would ask for next to it.Be it Supermarts to Mac d, to subway to Indian muticusine ,or Starbucks ,Tim hortins ....U name it and u get it on both sides of hotel. Metro is just 2 steps away ..Emirates tower metro station...This street walk whole night so very very safe outside hotel and its lively too. We stayed at 55th floor and view was nothing less than Bhurj Khalifa 😉.Executive suite room is the best for a family of 4 . Book through Agoda.... Hotel staff was courteous all the time and the allowed us to check out at 2pm ...fast room service.Swimming pool at 12th floor .amazing view..Nothing to complaint about at all...Just that I left my very dear Phone charger and cable back in room 5503...

I booked hotel for 5 nights. The location of hotel is very convenient with metro station across the service road in front of Hotel Entrance. I requested for a double bed room as we were couple but we were provided twin single bed room, which was quite inconvenient. However, next day met a lady in lift her name was Tharuka, she was very kind and asked us about our stay. We shared our concern over room to which she very curtiously noted our problem and promised to help us out. By afternoon Ms. Thakuka changed our room as per our requirement and also upgraded it which was great gesture on her part. The buffet Breakfast served at 5th floor was also outstanding. However, we tried dinner Buffet at 61st floor also which had very limited options.

He helped check me in earlier, got me a fantastic view from my room. A very enjoyable stay. Truly appreciate his efforts! The hotel location is doorstep of a metro station, incredible stuff. The breakfast is very good and has a live crepe/egg station to cook as per request. My room had a ridiculous view of the horizon. Very nice stay.

Metro access (Emirates tower stations) is almost into the lobby of the hotel, Future museum is few steps away. Quite spacious and clean hotel, with 3 food chains and 24 hours pharmacy just round the corner. Excellent hotel with great location, value for money!

One of my best stays ever”
This place has around 65 floors. There are 2 major Dining areas one is on 61st floor other one is on the 5th. Best thing is Right in front of Emirates towers metro exit is the entrance of the hotel, Museum of future is at a walkable distance hardly 300 meters. Burj Khalifa, Museum of Future were visible from my room. Rooms facing Sheikh Zayad Road gives you a great view. Pool and gym area is on the back side a bridge connects that section. Buffet was great both veg, non-veg was available. I loved my stay.

We stayed fr 1 day. Mr Arif was kind enough to provide us the city & burj khalifa view room without additional charges. Clean rooms. Helping staff. Located near to metro station. Great view of city during day & night. Photographer's dream. Restaurant at top floor is reasonable & also has great view of city.

This is an awesome hotel located just beside the Emirates tower Metro station which makes it very convenient for the travelers who want to explore Dubai using Public transport. The view from our room at 60th floor was really mind-blowing with the Future Museum overlooking the window. The buffet breakfast was also decent with different cuisines from around the world.

Good hotel but bad booking experience ”
Hotel is good, View is nice, close to metro, marts and restaurants Had a terrible booking experience as my booking was with breakfast and dinner paid in advance but hotel only got room booking. Agoda did not update the hotel or myself in timely manner so I was left with no choice but to eat from outside the hotel.

Arrived at 530am, check in time was 2pm. Mohamed served us at the counter. Very friendly and helpful, managed to give us a room at 7am with a free upgrade too! Managed to get some sleep in the end. Very good experience. Kudos to the world class customer service.
