The hotel's staff provide excellent and friendly service, making guests feel welcome and well-cared for. A prime location allows easy access to nearby attractions. The facilities are well-maintained, and the restaurant offers an amazing view.
Although some guests had a pleasant stay, room issues such as unprepared rooms, dirty pools, and shower problems left many disappointed. Guests also noted poor customer service and slow response times during check-in. Additionally, food quality and buffet options were below expectations.

The front desk team were extremely polite, courtesy and responsive. The location allowed us to be in easy travelling distance of the major Southern places of interest. According to my wife the ladies amenities such as gym and swimming pool were tremendous with all equipment fully functioning. The breakfast was at the standard of the start rated hotel and the serving staff were amenable. On the men's side, the gym had another of pieces of equipment that need maintenance. The steam room was out of service and they were time limited from 4pm - 8pm, which for guests who were there for sightseeing this was not always appropriate. However, the front desk staff explained the reason was that many staff prior to the autumn season were on annual leave. Overall, I would highly recommend it for anyone travelling to Salalah.

Although the property looked promising online, the reality was quite different. The hotel appeared congested and dark once the sun had set, contrary to the resort-like ambiance I had anticipated. While the staff were humble and supportive, the accommodation is better suited for corporate clients rather than families with small children. The pool area, surrounded by plants, attracted numerous insects, which led to bites and discomfort for kids. This experience might be useful for others considering this property for a family vacation.
