Disappointed given 2 rooms, with no views. Strong still n musky air smell in rooms. Water from shower splattered onto bathroom floor. However, good initiative taken by counter staff. She handled the complaints professionally n come up with solution immediately on the smell in the rooms. Good job. Overall happy with the attentive services rendered by the staff at the reception, housekeeping n the bistro. 3 cheers to the staffs that make our stay pleasant. We hope to return again n maybe will get a better room next time.

Dissapointing Stay at Millenium
Connected to Jung Ceylon Shopping Center.
For a holiday location the rooms are small. The staff at the front seem to think they are doing us a favour. when I checked in I had to wait a long time to get sorted then I had to wait for the buggy to take me to a different building!! The bathroom which was dark and tiny (mind you the shower cabin was large) leaked into the bedroom. There are far from the beach but don't provide any shuttle to the beach. The offer based on price was poor. The room faced a construction site. It is quite far from the beach, a 10 minute walk in our wet things was not fun. Previous hotel had happy hour at the pool from 4-6pm here it was 1-2. The other hotel allowed us to have any 2 cocktails (one for one at happy hour) but here we had to take the same one.

Overpriced hotel in need of upgrade.
Pool, pastries and free drinks.
Was given a room with a view of the roof of a building. Customers from the mall could see guests lounging in the balcony. Good size room without a bathtub. TV channels were not tuned and reception was blurred. Very courteous and well trained reception staff. Didn't take breakfast as the price per guest could have fed a family of 5 in a decent restaurant. Checked out and stayed in a spanking brand new hotel opposite Jungceylon mall for 4 nights for less than the price of one night at the Millennium.
