I stayed in a Japanese-style room for three nights and had a comfortable stay because the bedding was ample on the tatami floor. The staff were also friendly and nice. If you take the Narita limousine bus, there is a Tokyo City Air Terminal about a 3-minute walk away, so it was easy to move around with my baby and luggage, which was the most pleasing aspect. The only downside is that there aren't many convenience stores nearby. There is only one Lawson store close by.

We stayed for 6 nights at the Mimaru Tokyo Nihombashi Suitengumae with a family of 5. The rooms were very clean and spacious compared to other hotels. Our room came with a small stove, cookware, dishes, a microwave, and medium size refrigerator. It also had a table and bench style seats for eating, saving us a lot of money by not eating out (although you have to eat out sometimes to get the full experience!) They have instapots, rice cookers, and a few other items in the lobby you can borrow to cook in your room. The staff was amazing and we purchased tickets to some sites and Tokyo subway tickets for the kids (we used our phones for adults) at the front desk. There are washers and dryers for a small fee (and for families, this is extremely beneficial). Multiple 24-hour convenience stores are right around the corners (think 2-3 minute walk) so you can purchase almost anything you need at a very good price (Seven Eleven and Family Mart were our go-to stores). There are restaurant options but this is a quieter area so probably not as many as other busy locations and not open as late. However, it was perfect for us because it was a quieter location. There are multiple train stations nearby so getting around Tokyo is very easy. Suitengumae Station is a 2-3 minute walk and Kayabachō Station is about a 10-minute walk. Overall, I highly recommend this lodging! We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located nearby to TCAT which is connected to Haneda Airport via Airport Limousine Bus. Airport Limo Bus is a good choice if you have big luggages and pram. The room is spacious and clean. There is a big table in the room for family to interact and have meals. There is a useful microwave and fridge to prepare hot food and keep cold drinks. The 7-11 convenience store near TCAT junction is well stocked with food and drinks for everyone. Metro stations are located near to the hotel. Google Maps app is useful to guide you to the metro stations.

We stayed at the Mimaru Suitengumae Nihombashi for 10 days and it was great. Our family of four stayed in a family suite with bunk beds + king and we appreciated having a lot of space. The kitchen had what we needed to cook some basic meals. Everything was very clean and we appreciated the daily cleaning routine. On-site laundry machines worked great and saved us a lot of time. The staff was fantastic and very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to help us receive some courier packages. Special thanks to Michelle and the rest of the reception crew.

The 4 of us (myself and my 2 adult boys and 1 teenager) had a very comfortable stay in the hotel. The room was well equipped with a small kitchenette and a small sitting area. The WC was separated from the shower/wash basin which was great so that two people could use the facilities at the same time. The air filter was a nice provision that kept the room air fresh. The washer/ dryer facilities on level 1 was great for us to refresh our clothes midway through our stay. Location wise, we were close to several subway stations. We were also within walking distance to Tokyo City Air Terminal so getting to and from the airport was so convenient. Last but not least, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
