Great place!! Much better than expectation”
Family traveller with a kid, 2 nights. We just wanted a spacious place near the subway station and nothing much other than that . But, WOW!! This place was the one of the best hotel(or residence) we had ever stayed during our overseas travel regardless of price range. Cosy 4 beds, spaciousness, silent ambience, cleanness, sufficient refrigerator, brandnew daikin airconditioning system, toto bidet. 2 minuite walk from Saitengumae metro station, 3 minuite walk from Tokyo city air terminal, 4-5 convinience stores around the hotel. And every staffs we encounter were excellent and so nice. I cannot think of any minus point about this place. Thank you Mimaru nihonbashi suitengumae!!

Stayed here for 2 nights, the check in procedure was very smooth and well explained by the receptionists. In term of communication, Mimaru's staffs are very professional and efficient. In the apartment, you have almost everything you need except bottle mineral water ( Convenient stores are everywhere in Tokyo so nothing much to concern ) There are also laundry service at the ground floor area. Location is fantastic if you are coming or leaving here by Bus ( TCAT ) Tokyo City Air Terminal ( Haneda / Narita ) or subway train, just 3-5 mins walk to the hotel. High recommended and will definitely stay with Mimaru Hotels again during our next visit

Room, facility, staff, location…excellent. Only 2 criticisms which were not deal breakers: Not easy for someone to reach us from outside. And, they offer certain kitchen items only on loan, so its a little misleading because the rooms are not actually equipped with everything. I tried to borrow a toaster every day, and gave up after a week. Otherwise, I only have high praise for Mimaru.

Staff, rooms, facilities, location…all great! Wish there was a toaster in the room. Asked everyday for a week, and they were always loaned out to others. Hopefully next time there will be more available. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others!

At least 1 English speaker at reception each time foreigners friendly hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Willing to help all the time. Spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Really appreciate chopping board and knife's quality. Didn't heard any talking noisy from neighborhoods but walking sound from upstairs and rainning sound from outside of window is quite annoying. Room is clean except little dusty in closet and a tiny bit blood at toilet wall. Detail mind level of cleaner can be improved. Overall great stay and recommended.

Nice flat, clean and well presented”
The place was spotless and quiet. We had previously stated in a mimaru in Kyoto that had better facilities and so we felt a little disappointed that this place offered no basics such as oil, soya, salt etc. Even though this place was more expensive and the room was smaller. The staff were very friendly and all in all it was a lovely place closer to a busy motorway in a residential part of Tokyo. Ps. Bunk beds not for tall people over 185cm

We stayed here for three nights. The location is good, about 4 mins walk to Suitengumae metro station and 8 mins walk to Kayabacho metro station. There is a Lawson convenience store nearby. This apartment hotel is rather new, the facilities are modern and clean. Our party of four stayed in a bunk bed twin room. The room was large compared to other hotel rooms in Tokyo, it had a seating area, kitchenette, microwave, fridge. The beds were comfortable and firm, good for the back. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Will stay here again if we ever come back to Tokyo.

went here with my mom, dad, and my brother. although far from the central crowded tokyo (shinjuku etc) but Mimaru is close to a train station which makes easier to commute to the city! service was amazing, friendly, helpful. they provided many facilities for us to choose which was nice and also a phone in the rooms for us to use. the room was comfy, homy for us a family of 4. overall it was a very pleasant stay, and we’d love to come back (we’re interested as well to stay in the other branch of Mimaru in Tokyo) thanks Mimaru!
