Better than expected”
Because of the price, I expected basic accommodations, but Mimosa far exceeded this. The staff is so kind and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and the view from the pool area is beautiful. The restaurant was the highlight for me. Everything was delicious. I also enjoyed the outdoor bathtub, but just know it takes awhile to fill, so start early. I stayed at Mimosa so o could attend FitKoh training camp, and the location was perfect. Both the beachfront yoga and Muay Thai gym were a short walk away. There is a 7-11 about 10 minutes walk. Be aware- the hotel spa is not open. And I didn’t love the massage I got nearby. Best to spend an afternoon in Fisherman’s Village and get your spa treatments there. You can easily take a cab. Or walk to the main road and hope for a somgthaew. If you try and walk the whole way, it takes about 1 hr 45 min.

I have no words to describe how amazing was our time spent in mimoso resort, the staff are lovely, the restaurant has amazing food, the atmosphere of the resort it’s also amazing. We loved so much that we are planing to spend one more day at the resort during our stay in koh samui. Would recommend for sure. Also, I had a lovely surprise on my birthday from the staffs!

Stunning sunsets!”
Loved our week here, the hotel is small and comfortable. The staff are friend,y and helpful. The location is perfect, right on the waters edge on a beautiful stretch of quiet beach with the most amazing sunsets. I heard that a guest complained about the size of the swimming pool... I’m not sure why, it was plenty big enough. In the week we were there I only ever saw a maximum of 2 people in the pool at any time. Most people swam in the warm, clear sea! I would love to come back here to the idyllic spot.

Once you arrive you'll be blown away by the views and white sand beaches. The staff welcomed us as soon as we arrived and never stopped making us feel welcome. All the staff were lovely including everybody at the restaurant. We and had such a wonderful and relaxing time!

Cool hotel, very quiet area. Staff are all really friendly. Nai in the bar was great always smiling, good sense of humour and willing to share his story with us! Nice and close to fitkoh as well if you want to get a workout in!

The room was so cozy. The jacuzzi pool inside the room is so convenience while the main pool got very good view. The sea and sunset is so beautiful. And the wave was no hard, make it easy to do Paddle / Kayaking

Incredible experience”
I give Mimosa my very highest recommendation. Essentially a 5 star Koh Samui experience if you get the private pool rooms, at a fraction of the price. Staff very friendly, cocktails were perfect, and you just can't beat the location. Sunsets are worth dining in for.

Loken!”
We had the best experience at Santhiya thanks to Loken in the beach restaurant who was the most helpful and friendly I have ever met at a hotel! The hotel is very calm and relaxing, fantastic view from our hotel room with amazing sunsets every night! Breakfast and buffetwas good, they could have some more dinner options then the Altcar menu but as I understand it some restaurants are closed due to covid. Only negative thing I can say are the excursion bookings, we tried to book a trip to phiphi but the hotel required at least 6 guests to go. I recommend walking down the beach and talking to the guy standing there who will organise a private tour much cheaper then the hotels non private option. Would rate it a 4 but give it an extra star thanks to Loken in the beach restaurant, best service I have ever had!

Enjoyed the stay here as the staff were excellent and always very helpful. The place looks good and may need some upgrading in a year or 2 but no real problems. Nice and quiet so very relaxing and the beach was good but not the nicest beach we been on but enjoyable.

Great location right next to beach”
Location is superb, swimming pool overlooking the sea, seawater clean, breakfast great, restaurant is practically on the beach, free kayaking, bicycle, surf board from resort, enjoyed with kids. Great if you come with your own car. Room with jacuzzi was fantastic, kids had a wonderful time. Garden was beautiful. Will be back again.

Great hotel with little improvements”
All the staff is extremely friendly and always helping you with all issues. The rooms are good and clean, however in some areas under TV stand not very clean. The breakfast buffet is not big but very good, tasty fruits. The bread is normal, could be better. Gym is very small, but was good as not many people are using it. Play room for kids is good, some of the toys are already quite old and needs to be renewed. At the pool you can get a kayak, snorkeling equipment and toys for free. At the beach you have a playground until around 6 years . Beanbags, sun beds, umbrellas are good and comfortable. The staff to everything for you to arrange and book even your favorite place in the morning! The beach is amazing and perfect for kids. Location is very quite and not much around, for us it was perfect. You can hire bicycles for free, with child sit as well. However, some of the bicycles are quite old, but are ok. There is free daily shuttle to 3 areas at 14:00 and 16:00.

Relaxing Stay”
This is a perfect hotel to relax while overlooking the sea. The restaurant/bar area has a great view and there are sun beds at the pool and on the sand as well as bean bags on the beach. The room was spacious and clean with a large bed. The staffs are all friendly and attentive. I felt the food price was a little bit on a higher side but they offer a great variations of cocktail and I would recommend you take the advantage of happy hour.

It's a wonderfull and charming hotel with a very nice staff. The food is delicious and you must to eat the dinner at the restaurant on evening. It's too good and fresh. The mango shake juice and the club sandwich are merveillous. The cocktails from the happy hours are not really with alcohool. The swimming pool is very beautifull except a little bit the bar pool and the wood around the swimming pool that it's a bit old. The garden are very charming. And the room are so beautifull and spacious. The beach is beautifull and quiet. It's a good location. Thank to the team because our 6 days were magic in your hotel. It's was hard to leave from there.

Nice resort on the quiet side of the island. Attentive staff and good service throughout. Room was as pictured, and in good condition. We enjoyed our stay here, it wasn’t too crowded even though it was high season - a good fit for those seeking a relaxed stay by the beach. During high tide, there is not much space on the beach, so one needs to stay by the pool. There could have been more complimentary drinking water, or a more reasonably priced minibar - nearest shop is a 10-15 minutes walk away. The spa provides professional massage, which we liked.

Friendly staff, lovely location”
The staff are very attentive and really make your stay lovely. The resort is well set out and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beach has some snorkelling available but the water level is a bit shallow. This resort is in walking distance to a 7/11 and has some nice restaurants close by.

Here, I experienced the best hospitality in Thailand so far. The staff knew me and my friends by name, adhered to requests and promises, and often gave us insider tips. K. Minoru, especially, always operated with the guests best interests. The restaurant staff were always friendly and ready to help. I would absolutely stay here again!
