The place is nice but the service is not really that good- we have to wait for more than an hour before we could check in. No complimentary towels and toiletries. and the place has no exact location- It says it is in Good Shepherd but its too far from the Good shepherd convent which can be very confusing.

Property owner and caretaker took forever to respond. Mostly unavailable. Very poor coordination and customer service. Property owner was very arrogant. Cable tv and wifi were outlined in the listing but lo and behold, none of those were provided in the unit. Unbelievable! Property owner was not transparent nor apologetic at all. Was glad we only stayed for one night. It was a terrible experience. Will not recommend even if you paid me $$$. I'd rather be skinned alive than stay in this property again. Will not recommend AT ALL.

Not even a Good Guesthouse ”
The property is not situated to Mines View Park, it is not even situated in the Good Shepherd. The property's address is not clear. The staff was not accommodating, not attentive, and the contact, as given in the Agoda app, as well. The kitchen was dirty. Small insects, also known as "niknik" was everywhere in the house, as well as mosquitoes. Trash bins was not cleaned. The price is not right! It's not even a Good Guesthouse. It's a nightmare to book in such property.

Not a good place to stay if you have a car, there is no parking space and the street is very narrow. Not a good place to book too if you are expecting delays because the facility would not accommodate you beyond 6pm and no refund will be given to you like what happened to us despite our notice of late arrival due to unexpected flight changes. We were no longer accommodate and we were travelling with a baby. We have to roam around the city looking for another place to stay when I have already a paid reservation at this Good Shepherd guesthouse. I ddnt get any value for my money.

at first okay naman kausap pero nun nakuha na niya yun bayad wala na. Nag punta kami ng baguio para magrelax hindi pa ma-stress! unang una yun pictures ibang iba sa personal. pangalawa the owner super bastos kausap to the point na sasabihan ka pa ng "street parking nga eh so wala akong pakialam kahit saan kayo magpark" sasabihin pa na "you have 2 option to stay or to leave the place" what an attitude Maam Pops, nagbayad kami ng worth 7k plus sa hindi worth it na bahay. ilalagay niyo pa na "you will love the linen" anong magugustuhan namin?? yung linen niyo na may dumi dumi?? nakiusap kami ng ayos sayo pero ano ginawa mo? binababaan mo kami ng phone at sobrang bastos mo pa kausap! hindi talaga lahat ng may pinagaral is may manner na tao, proven!

The owner of the unit is sh*t. We're calling him/her at the day of our check in, still no answer. They will not accommodate you, hard to contact, full of reasons. You see the conctact number in their profile? That's the number of his/her grandmother. I mean wtf??? Your grandma didn't even know what to say to us. We will email the management regarding this matter.

This guest are rude and liar.. they demand to pick them up in triage which is located in marcos highway at midnight. The LGU did not allow them to pass because they don't have QR pass code, and they blame it to the property. we even extend the check in time for them until midnight even though its clear that the check in time is 1pm-6pm only.
We havnt even saw the place, the owner is not answering my calls and the map was different. Refund!”

First I would like to express my disappointment with AGODA! How can you let someone like this to be on your platform! The owner was very rude and not willing to talk! What kind of business owner are you? Second, we were not able to stay with the transient since the are not responding accurately! That’s why we need to look for a new one! Lastly, I hope your happy with how you earn money! You deceive people!
