Beautiful view”
The location of the hotel is fantastic, very nice view and the staff is very nice and they try to solve any problem, quick. However, the hotel was under renovation when and there were few discoordinations, including a change in our room type and changes in our breakfast. The building was still smelling to new construction and it had some unfinished things around. We believe it will improve in the future, once they finish the renovation, but in the while, they should provide this information in advance to avoid that customers make a wrong booking.

Underrated location with superior lake view”
1. Location wise, big ones for some ppl while big plus to me...If you have your vehicle to move around, and don't mind driving 20 min to idashiao to have dinner, you will definitely love the view in front of you in the next morning. We have tried almost all hotels from different directions. This location give you the best view when the light comes from your back, in the morning!! The surrounding mountains gave you very good depth of lake view while no ugly boats or docking facilities up front... 2. But I am talking about *new* building, I am lucky enough to have upgrade to new one, no idea for the old building 3.Given this view, I don't mind the truth this hotel is seriously under staffed (more like run by a family...), To be honest, in terms of new building, the maintenance condition is not worse than many *3 star hotels* in Europe...

Beautiful views, wonderful staff, but some updates needed”
Miracolo is set right on Sun Moon Lake and many rooms boast stunning lake and mountain views. We stayed in one of the rooms with a bathtub that overlooked the lake and it was gorgeous! We probably took 7 baths in 2 days just because it was so relaxing and gorgeous. There were a few things that I didn't think were worth the cost; our room was about 5k NTD a night, and for that price, you'd expect a certain standard. THE GOOD: The staff was incredibly accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about the women working at the front desk! The view, as I mentioned is also incredible; the rooms are clean snd the bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant but we didn't eat there. THE NOT SO GOOD: The hotel seems like it could use an update, as there are some old and broken parts that have been fixed "差不多" style. For example, some tiles in the bathroom had been taped back into place with clear packing tape, rather than being properly fixed. The hotel itself is beautiful, so to see things so cheaply or barely done was a bit surprising. When we arrived at 9 am, we just wanted to drop our bags, but there was a misunderstanding with the woman at the front desk (btw, they say the staff speaks English; not really. If your Chinese isn't decent, it will be hard to communicate, but thankfully, we speak Chinese). The woman at the front desk called her boss, who then told her to tell us we could check in early if we paid 2,000 extra. The room was empty and ready, but they wanted us to pay 2k more on top of the 10k+ we were already paying. It was very awkward, especially as we'd not even asked to check in early, and it felt like we were being squeezed for more money. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding, but it didn't start things off great. When we got to the room later, the bathtub had leaves or something in it, and there were no toiletries, not even hand soap in the bathroom. Great location but poorly maintained hotel.”
The location is great. We had a very beautiful view from the room but the windows were dirty. In general, the hotel need a bit of cleaning. What was amazing was the dinner that we had at the hotel. We got a very good food for a pretty small price, is was also very diverse and many kinds of dishes. We didn't expect this. I hope they do work a bit and do some improvements, because the location is very nice. Silvia

Don't ever set foot here”
The only plus side is the friendly ataffs. Other than that everything feels like a scam. The bathtub is with a jacuzzi feature but the jacuzzi is broken. The bathroom door is not lockable, very awkward. The bedroom "view" is a huge wall with dried cement on the window glass. The shower either have too much pressure or none at all, we even helped them fix the rain shower head. The breakfast is very, very disappointing. It's better to just skip it and have it somewhere else. The view is just so so after facing that many inconvenience. We asked for a change of room, but because we didn't check and asked for a change directly after checking in, they want us to pay for extra cleaning fee. After paying more than 6k a night, we don't want to spend more just to have a slightly better room. Just a huge scam trying to get your money.

Staff was accommodating and very friendly, we even got a free upgrade which meant so much to me since I was showing my mom around Taiwan. The breakfast was huge and with a big variety - we had a yummy vegetarian and vegan option! Super recommend!

The hotel is very pretty, with the lake view and balcony, only bad thing is the location, but if you are not carrying large luggage and don’t mind a 20mins hiking to the town center, it’s a good place to stay

Far from the center. No shuttle offered. No available nearby food. Taxi to/from is $200NT and you have to take a taxi or the bus. There is nothing within walking distance. Very musty smell. Towels smelled old. Got upgraded to a “nicer” room with an amazing view of the lake but still wouldn’t recommend.

這間旅館設備不錯，住起來很舒服，可惜如果有浴缸會更好!! 飯店地點蠻突兀的，如果開車前來剛好出入口位於三叉路口，開車前往務必小心往來車輛，飯店停車位算多，停不夠旁邊的斜坡也可以停，飯店停車場標示可以做的在顯眼一點，避免客人錯過繞很大一圈 最後!!來米洛可一定要吃他的早餐，早餐非常豐盛多樣化!!搭配日月潭的絕美水色給你一整天的好心情!!
