Fair choice for business traveller!
Unfortunately, staff is somehow cold sometimes. Some of them didn't event know their fitness centre is under maintenance and don't care...

Very Bad Service
There were 10 staffs but did not bother about any of the other customers around including me . There were no smiles on their faces and just looked blant. It gave me a really bad impression on this hotel and i dont think i will wanna stop by again.

Internet Chargeable
They need to provide free internet. I moved out on the second day. Shifted to another hotel to stay. The house keeping also did not provide additional towel on the floor to keep your feet dry after showering. The TV channels are all Hindi channels and only a few English news channels and animal channels. Disappointed they does not cater for international traveler well.

There was no service also no toiletries no towels nothing. I kept asking for toiletries & towels but it never came.

Ageing Facilities
Although an impressive hotel, the facilities are getting old and does need a revamp, Towels and bedsheets aren't perfectly white and clean, dust collections and discolourations in crevices. The chair in their restaurant broke while sitting during my breakfast, and the breakfast in itself was not satisfactory at all - taste, presentation or range. Overall, I would say it is a good hotel, but would become a compelling choice in the area, if they up their game a tiny "not too much effort" bit.

Close to airport
The Mirage is a good choice for arriving or departing Mumbai, as it is near the airport. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant had an extensive and varied menu and the food was excellent. The staff was very helpful. They can provide a shuttle to the airport, which is a short distance away. The only downside is that you have to pay for internet.

Disappointing for the price paid
Location is near the International Airport which is good for travellers looking for overnight stay. Mini bar items were missing, compendium in the room looked old and tattered with no info on their spa services, or prices. For the price of the room, it is strange to charge for internet when it is free in almost all hotels. TV remote was missing the back cover and batteries kept falling out. Overpriced for what the room offers, in room amenities need to be updated, guests need to be made aware of chargeable internet on the site. Airport transfer offered at a cost (it is 5mins away). I would stay elsewhere for the price paid and definitely not a 4star property.

The rooms are basic. Paid for 24 hours wifi and the signal was rubbish. Kept failing. Suppose to be a 3/4star hotel and they still charge for wifi. In this day and age most hotel provide free wifi.
