Good facility with decent food, small changes can make it better”
1) Prabhakant was really good in understanding issues and helping out. 2) Reception desk was not that useful with even providing water bottles during the stay, didn’t have clear information about taxis etc. 3) Facility is good to spend a couple of nights 4) Room is not noise free, you will hear outside noise inside room as well as noise from your room outside it 5) It’s a beautiful facility with lot of places to sit and relax admiring the climate and decent view.

Perfect Holiday ”
They have an amazingly beautiful well kept garden. Rooms were clean, spacious for a converted residence. Beds comfortable. Lovely super helpful staff. Food was good.Short walk from the hotel to the lake. Not overly crowded like the big hotels, which is a plus any time & specially these days. Plenty of space in the garden to relax. I couldn’t have afternoon tea in the garden. But it would have been lovely if I got to do that. Definitely will visit again. Can recommend for families or for honeymooners.

Short stay but great place ”
The hotel met most of my expectations of how a heritage hotel should be. It was super clean, breakfast was very good, ambience, property location, surroundings, amenities like club house, bar, play area and park was exemplary. Staff was courteous. Though we had some minor hitches and glitches with the intercom, when I couldn’t get the reception team on phone all the time and had some trouble with the power supply which kept going off and on ( which probably was not their fault but the supply to that area ). But they had a good generator backup. Internet / wifi connection strength was not very satisfactory in that day again maybe because of the recurrent power interruptions. My stay was very short, though I was supposed to check in at noon, I checked in only at 7 pm and had to leave early morning by 8.30-9 am. Though the reception team refused a late check out because of full bookings for the next day, still the manager was very accommodating and gladly obliged to a late check out.

Cosy and comfortable place ”
Good food, good hospitality by ever attentive staff. Room are spacious enough but a comfortable sofa would definitely improve quality of the room. A little bit on room decor should be thought of.

It was a memorable stay in the heart of Nuwara Eliya, just beside the Gregory Lake. The staff was very helpful and the food was awesome. The place was ideal for quiet, comfortable and cosy stay. Little disappointed on the room heaters as it was not sufficient enough. I was staying at the best rooms and rooms were very clean . The prices were little bit expensive but really worth it.

فندق ممتاز ”
فندق كنج ميراج ١- فندق اكثر من رائع من ناحية الموقع والراحة ٢- الاستقبال كان اكثر من رائع ٣- النظافة جميع مرافق الفندق نظيفة جداً ٤- الخدمة في المطعم اكثر من رائعة الافطار خيارات مناسبة ومتنوعة، والعشاء اكثر من رائع وخيارات متنوعة ٥- خدمة الغرف سيئة نوعاً ما وذلك لان العاملين بطيئن جداً ويتاخرون في تلبيت الخدمة (ادوات الحمام مثل الصابون والشامبو لا تتوفر بشكل دائم وفرشة الأسنان شي يصعب الحصول عليه) ٦- الفندق بارد جداً وعزل الغرف غير متلائم مع الجو لبرودة المنطقة وكثرة الأمطار فيها لا تتوفر بطانيات مناسبة وكذلك التدفئة لا تعمل بكافئة وكذلك لا توجد غرفة غسيل للملابس او غرفة تنشيف ملابس ٧- السيدة / روشيني جداً متعاونة وتحب تقديم المساعدة ٨- للكل زائر لنوارإليا ( ملابس ثقيلة مناسبة للطقس البارد - مظلة وأفضل من ذلك استخدام جاكيت المطر احذية مناسبة للمشي)

+ يتميز الفندق بتصميمه الانقليزي ووجوده على تله مرتفعة قليلا وكذلك حديقته حيث يعطيك انطباع بالراحة والاحساس وكأنك في منزل، نظافة الغرف والحمام وتوفير دفاية في الغرفة، حسن الاستقبال والترحيب وبشاشة موظفة الاستقبال حيث قامت بإدخالنا للغرفة فور وصولنا لحاجتنا لدورة المياة قبل اخذ الاثباتات او التسجيل، يبعد اقل من خمس دقائق عن وسط المدينة حيث بعيداً عن الازعاج والزحام "قد لا تعتبر ميزة عند البعض"، مناسب جداً للاسترخاء ولمن يبحث عن البساطة - يعيبه عزل الصوت في الغرف، وكذلك صغر المطعم "ثلاث طاولات فقط" وعدم تنوع الافطار وكذلك لايوجد شخص يخدمك في المطعم سوى شخص واحد ولم يكن يجيد الانقليزية، تأخر تحضير طعام الغداء لاكثر من ساعة، تذمر موظف المطعم عند طلب شيء منه "مايعرف الابتسامة"، لاتوجد نشاطات في الفندق
