Good Locations”
I love the classic style, the architectures inside. Clean room n clean toilet. The staff were really helpful n friendly. The security helped me with my transportation most of the time. I’m happy with my stay especially being first time going to Manila! Thank you for making my trip memorable.

1930's Hotel”
It's an ancient hotel, so expect the not so modern facilities within. Good if you are not so fussy about interiors. Wi-fi is available however not dependable. Located along Roxas Blvd that makes it accessible. Staffs are helpful and pleasant. So if it's just a total "a place to stay just for the night", it's good. Consider looking for others if it's for "pure staycation" purposes.

Lots of charm”
This hotel has an art-deco motif throughout. The room we were in had a large shower with a flat floor, and a big refrigerator.

Very friendly and flexible staff, willing to attend to your needs. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Generous room size. Great value for money. Makes you want to go back there.

Nice hotel to a point”
Not a bad hotel but overpriced to be sure. A stay at the Bayview just a few buildings away offered so much more for about the same price. No breakfast was included and the elevator was extremely slow. You have to walk up 8 or so steps to use it which would be hard for anyone handicapped or in a wheelchair. No water was offered either and 2 bottles a day should have been included being a 3-star hotel. The staff was nice but we didn't really need their help since we only stayed for 1 night. If the price was 1600P a night I would stay there again. I'm just not willing to pay their current price based on value which is offered elsewhere.

Historical, Strategic, Friendly yet "dated" and without spirit.”
Went there with romantic notions of breathing the rarefied air of history. Except for a really ancient elevator, and the original bare wood architectural features, the expected museum feel is gone. The young and friendly staff were fast and efficient but were unable to relate to the rich tradition of old Manila. A decision to stay in a "historical" hotel meant having to bear the mustiness, shaky foundations (yes, the building somehow oscillates with the burgeoning traffic, you feel it at night), creaky elevators and lack of modern amenities. I would have given up more, just to hear the ghosts dance in the ballroom, but alas, the anachronistic renovation had them moving next door to the Luneta Hotel.

Historical Building”
Historical Building so it is old and not for you if you are used to modern state of the art rooms. It is cozy and clean. 7-11 just round the corner and Grab takes you anywhere anyway. Good for a couple nights rest. I loved that it was an old building but it isnt somewhere i would go for RnR. Sightseeing n shopping and back only to sleep. Water is hot and aircon is cold. TV channels are lacking.

nice and cute”
I like the antique decorations. The location is good. However, it can be noisy at night because you can hear the sound of singers from nearby bars.

1. Would not honour breakfast included in booking. 2. Hotel was due for a renovation many, many years ago. 3. Towels with holes in. 4. Super budget shampoo and soap. 5. Extremely noisy, can hear noise from main road all night and we were in side room. 6. Ineffective noisy aircon. 7. Staff not helpful. 8. Thumbs up for security guard who is extremely polite & helpful.

Very old hotel...”
The hotel is very old. Though the staff are all friendly, the hotel kinda needs a renovation..the elevator seems like anytime you will get stuck. The room smelled of molds and my stomach immediately ached because of that. Noise from the corridor or distant room can easily be heard. They do not even offer complimentary bottled water nor a kettle..hope you can improve your facilities.

The Hotel to use if you have no choice”
This is supposedly an historic hotel. You wouldn't have known unless you read the sign in the elevator. Quite the smelly hotel. They should find a way to push the inside air outside without taking in the noise of Roxas Blvd. Our room had a tub that was clogged. Disgusting taking a shower in your own scum. Towels are the cheapest of cheap. Bed was uncomfortably hard. Something interesting with this hotel, we noticed as we slept that the beds shake. Probably the building shaking! Free breakfast and it was a decent menu but the restaurant room had quite a smell as well. Breakfast was suppose to start at 6am but that didn't happen. And the guy that made our coffee, well we know for a fact that he didn't wash his hands so we definitely eat there. There were evidence that this hotel is also used as a quarantine hotel which is alarming because it wasn't stated in the description on agoda. I don't there anyone in the quarantine however. If you're looking for a last minute hotel, this one will probably be available. I wouldn't recommend it though.

Impeccably clean room, excellent friendly service”
I had the loveliest time at Miramar Hotel! Stayed for two nights, just for an event in the adjacent Hotel. Miramar is quite beautiful, a true art deco place. Carpeted stairs, ornate decor, and an airy open interior. I was given a corner room on the 4th floor. (I booked the most basic one, so if that's it then wow, and if I was upgraded, then awesome!) I had SO MUCH SPACE and I loved it. The room was worth so much. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom spotlessly clean. Seriously, spotlessly clean. There was no hint of mold. It's true that there's a bit of karaoke noise from downstairs but it wasn't too bad, and during my stay the singing usually stopped around half past midnight anyway. People who sleep late, like myself, would have no issues. I also tried their breakfast, which I didn't purchase with the room. Generous servings, and very fast service! I had ordered in advance, expecting the normal hotel wait for room service, but lo and behold barely ten minutes later, here was my food. No free wifi in the room, but you can grab a card worth PHP 100 for three hours from the front desk. Expensive, but a much better bargain than Microtel's PHP 100 for one hour! And the net is fast so it's worth it. Or you could go to the lobby where it's free. Best part of the hotel: the staff. Particularly manong guard at the front. If hotel management is reading this please do say thank you to manong guard for making my stay a very pleasant one! All in all, I'll be staying at this hotel again when the need to be in Manila arises. (Lastly, Emerald Garden is a two minute walk away in the direction of Starbucks! Go there for the best siopao in the Philippines! Ah, and yes, there's a Chowking, a Starbucks open until 1am, and a 24-hour 7-11 right beside the hotel.)

Very nice and convenient hotel”
This was my 2nd stay at Miramar. Its very convenient if you have USA Embassy business to do. Its a 5 min walk to the embassy entrance. Lots of eating places around, and a 7-11 just around the corner from the hotel. Staff is very nice, service in restaurant was excellent. The room was nice and everything worked. Would stay there anytime I go to Manila. Paying a little extra for an included breakfast is a good deal too. The "set breakfast" offers some choices and would probably cost 175 or more at a nearby restaurant. For the price it should have free internet ... nearly all hotels do now, but not Miramar.
